The location was great, staff lovely

We had an old wood panel room with no view. We had booked 3 triple rooms the other two were okay but we got the worse one.

Booked the hotel because it was close to st.lazare and had a triple room. Ideal for me and my two teens as a base to get to the Stade de France on the metro and spend a night in Paris.

    Location. Renovated bathrooms.

Internet kept on disconnecting on my cell phone. Very humid in the rooms. No clock in room to tell the time. No electronic key card. Didn't change bed sheets daily. Very expensive for the room you get, but it is Paris during the summer time.

    Good location.

Small room. Tiny bathroom - not a single hanging hook or rail in the bathroom. Lift was out of order for nearly 3 days. Only one useful plug (in the bathroom) for charging phones, PC's etc.

    Location Cleanliness Friendly staff

Two single beds pushed together, doesn't make a double in room 106! That was the only problem!

Really good location for seeing sites. So easy to get around either walking, on Metro or tour coaches.

    Restaurant options not great.

    Close to downtown

This place was a rip OFF!They did not give me the room that they showed in the picture. The person at the desk acted as if she could not help me when I asked her why I got a different room. The décor was old!!! It was not what they advertised and when I talked to the manager he told me that they were full. Very poor!

Satisfied in general. Mattress is really comfortable. Location is good! Suitable for those who want to do a lot of shopping. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The room is small. And breakfast selection is limited.

Although this visit was a short stay (one night only) we have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and always found it welcolming, comfortable and suitably located for sightseeing and shopping etc..

We have no dislikes for this hotel and have recommended it to friends who visit Paris for a few days of sightseeing.

Very convenient. One of the staff is very helpful. We've got pick pocketed and she helped us calling police, lost cards, etc and doing all translations. Beware of the gypsies near the opera garner.

Exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working, and the staff said she couldn't do anything about this.

The wi-fi was intermittent at best, which caused issues when required.

Just would have loved a Electric Jug,tea & coffee etc. And the hair dryer is in the desk drawer which has a cord that doesn't reach any where near the bathroom.Maybe just put a mirror on the wall to the right of the desk. Problem solved.

The location was excellent. The tree lined Rue Tronchet was one of the most beautifully streets we found in Paris. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had a lot of charm. Our room had a small balcony where we could have breakfast whle overlooking the street. Very charming.

He morning staff was not very helpful. Left us standing around while they did mundane tasks like loading paper in the printer before acknowledging us. Front desk staff in the afternoon was much more helpful.
