the location and a helpful reception. The Room was tastefully made. A severe minus was the the lack of acces to wifi at my room at 6th floor...that must be approved on a 4 star hotel,,, |

absolutely nothing except that it was close to Galeries Lafayette. Rude staff. Awful service. Never would pass on phone messages. Hotel room was dirty & had offensive odour. Stayed there for a leisure 2 night weekend. As soon as I arrived, they moved us to another budget hotel for the first night, claiming they were overbooked. Then expected us to make our own way there the next day, wasting hours between check-out & check-in. Furthermore, overcharged as despite the Booking.com guaranteed price. Appalling staff. Hotel standards way below 2 star. |

It is very close -walking distance- to the shopping center and flower market. On the other hand it can be 3 stars instead of 4 because of its comfort and luxurious. Parking is no problem if you are ready to pay 30 euros per night. Rooms can be more luxury |

Location is excellent, beside shopping and 5 minutes from the beach. Rooms are a little bit small compared to what we are used to in North America. |

Location of the hotel is very good, it is close to beach, shopping area and old city; it is not noisy and staff is very friendly. The breakfast could be better, variaties of the products and dishes for the breakfast is limited, and having breakfast becomes boaring from day to day. |

The staff were very accommodating. The beds were not made up on the second day, we had to make them ourselves. We had asked for a sea view and got a view over a disused courtyard of various corrigated iron roofs. |

Really good location to Old town, Promenad de Angle and shops. We booked Superior Double but couldn't find any benefits there. Room looks like very cheap Standard room: furniture are old, room is very small, toilet is extremely small and mounted to wall as wardrobe. Staff is unfriendly. Parking is 25-30 Euro. breakfast is 20 Euro per prs. |

Great location, interesting decor in lobby. Nice big bathrooms. First desk clerk wasn't very friendly but everyone else was nice. Surprisingly quiet for the location; I left my window open all night in July. Parking in the garage in the Massena square is cheaper than using the hotel's parking, and it's very close. We booked two "tradition" rooms with free upgrade to "privilege" rooms. I think we got the tradition rooms, as they were nothing special, though nice enough. We were on a spur-of-the-moment trip and just walked in to the hotel in the afternoon, but the room rates they quoted us were very high. We went to a nearby internet cafe and booked rooms on booking.com for 100 euros cheaper (per room). |

It was located close to Place Massena and all the shops etc. That was really convenient For a supposedly four star hotel, the bathroom was disgusting. There was this nasty black grime everywhere so I always had to make sure I didn't touch anything except the faucet. And it the shower was in a location that a big person would be unable to get to. We were never able to get a connection to the internet that lasted more than 1 minute!!!! So much for free internet. |

I liked very much the proximity of the hotel. I was close to many things. I also enjoyed and appreciated the late night clerk/concierge on duty (older gentleman) who was very nice, gave great advice, and was also quite accomodating. I checked in quite early at 8:30 in the morning, and while I understood that check in was officially 3 pm, no effort was made to accomodate me in a room given the fact that I was by myself and had arrived so early. In addition, the shower and sink did not drain well. |

It was the perfect location, yards from the old town, harbour and front. Not spectacular but acceptable for a weekend away. |
