Hôtel Massena    

Everything ended with a perfect stay. all our wishes was fullfiled regarding to our order. Nice and helpfull staff. Quiet even if its in the middel of the center. We are going to visit this hotel again. perfect location.

Really liked the location, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

We stayed in room 623 - very poor value for money - is not a four star room, we did request a quite room and yes it was quiet, but the standard of room was very low, more like a poor three star room, the bathroom and toilet was very nice but the room itself was of very low quality.

Warm welcome on arrival , friendly staff comfortable room . Close to shops beach and restaurants . Lovely breakfast

Location is very good; very central. The lobby area is newly refurbished. We were upgraded to a privilege room without asking.

Rooms are tiny, and the air conditioning didn't work. We were given a fan, but it was still warm in the room. The toiletries were not replenished each day when they had been used. The breakfast was the same every day, and lacked variety. Although it is an ok hotel, it is not a four star by any means and overpriced for the facilities.

The first room they gave us was tight for space and dark. It also had a double bed instead of the twin beds that had been requested. once we had upgraded everything was very comfortable but this didn't happen until the following day and we had to pay extra to get a room that was in my opinion of a reasonable standard.

- The staff was very friendly and helpful.

- Rooms are looking old and the air conditioning was not working. The first room I got was so hot it felt like a sauna. They had to change my room. - Breakfast at 17 Euros is very expensive.

We were made to feel very welcome at hotel massena.It was our first visit to Nice and the staff were very helpful and spoke very good English.Our room was clean and very comfortable and the hotel has excellent facilities and is very well situated.we enjoyed our stay and will be booking to stay here again very soon...

WiFi as was promised never worked! My room was empty, old furniture( absolutely not worth the money I paid) Breakfast poor, didn't consider people on a healthy diet, I couldn't eat anything In general I wouldn't rate this hotel as 4 star. I'm a frequent traveller and have seen many hotels. This one is not bad but not 4 stars!

The hotel was very comfortable and the location is great. Nice breakfast. The hotel also has a parking.

Decor, location, comfort, lovely staff, very good breakfast, lots of choice. Beds very nice.

The english tv stations disappeared due to a fault. The internet access was provided but could only get it in one corner of room.

Windows soundproof was bad.

The location was excellent for shopping - sightseeing- good restaurants - the old town - in fact convenience to everywhere. The staff were helpful and the hotel clean and comfortable.

The lack of public space and somewhere to sit and relax- a good bar/coffee area would enhance the hotel a great deal.

Shabby interrior of reception hall, old noisy lift if you stay in rooms nearby, bad noise insulation, separated badroom and wc. Rooms should be revovated urgently.

An elegant hotel with very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff.

The ensuite toilet being separate from the bathroom seemed rather strange! Otherwise, a very nice room.
