The housekeeping wasnt the best i.e. 2 parts of the arrangement I reserved were not in the room and they forgot to replace used items (toilet rolls etc)... |

It was located close to Place Massena and all the shops etc. That was really convenient For a supposedly four star hotel, the bathroom was disgusting. There was this nasty black grime everywhere so I always had to make sure I didn't touch anything except the faucet. And it the shower was in a location that a big person would be unable to get to. We were never able to get a connection to the internet that lasted more than 1 minute!!!! So much for free internet. |

I liked very much the proximity of the hotel. I was close to many things. I also enjoyed and appreciated the late night clerk/concierge on duty (older gentleman) who was very nice, gave great advice, and was also quite accomodating. I checked in quite early at 8:30 in the morning, and while I understood that check in was officially 3 pm, no effort was made to accomodate me in a room given the fact that I was by myself and had arrived so early. In addition, the shower and sink did not drain well. |

It was the perfect location, yards from the old town, harbour and front. Not spectacular but acceptable for a weekend away. |

Great location; very clean; quality bathroom fixtures. Smaller than it looked online, but that's Europe. Air con didn't work (in April) as they turn it on in May? |

staff were very helpful and friendly this is a noisey hotel,street noise is bad because of city centre location but could also hear neigbours talking never mind one guest singing elvis in his room in the middle of the night! |

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to convention center (Acropolis), popular areas, old Nice, shopping areas, beach and train station. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. |

Hotel was centrally located, close to shops, bus, tram. Service was warm, friendly and welcoming. Free internet in rooms, with PC in alcove by lobby. Room was excellent. . .warm, good-sized (privelege room) and most comfortable. Toiletries in bathroom very generous...soap, shampoo, body lotion, cotton buds, pads, shower-cap, etc. A home from home. |

On a cold winters night our room room was snug and warm. Everything was clean and inviting. Remote control for TV did not work, but was fixed by friendly staff quickly. |

Central location within easy walking distance of all local amenities, the 'Old Town', beaches, restaurants and shopping. Room was spotless and cleaned daily. Breakfast in bed was offered and all round service and advice given by hotel staf was excellent, very valued and delivered in a polite manner. Even for the time of year the room was very warm and the air conditioning was not the best |

Good location, good hotel staff Too bad internet in rooms, we reserved delux double room, and when we arrived to hotel they said we did not have this classe room, so then we lived in twin room with three beds and it is not as on picture on web site. Everyday hotel staff come to room to check our bar.... |
