Velmi dobrá poloha, asi 100 m od zastávky metra. Pokoje sice menší, ale velmi čisté a pěkně zařízené.

Staff was very nice. Small but very comfortable rooms. Location was great with easy access from EuroStar or Du Galle as well as the sights of the city.

Great friendly and very helpful reception staff. All rooms and bathrooms refurbed in last couple of years. Small rooms /bath room that is typical for Paris. Close to Duroc metro line 10 which well connected line. Close to good food locations like Rue cherche midi. Highly recommended.

While this is not a big problem, the hotel does not gave a real lobby, especially when the lobby is conerted into the breakfast room.

Clean, organized and great location. The staff is not french, so they were very polite and willing to help, wich is rare in Paris, even if you speak french.

The space in general is very limited, the elevator, the room itself, is really small.

a personal hotel not a big chain. funky modern rooms, well designed to be small but functional. good price for central paris. Very clean. enough mirrors and good quality towels. good quality linen and duvet. good lighting. quiet street. 2 mins from Duroc metro. lots of restaurants nearby.

The room & bathroom would have been very small for two people. Wifi was slow when I was there.

Room was small. Bed took up the room. Bathroom was good size and clean. The night reception person was pleasant and attentive. The morning person was not. Breakfast was okay and not over priced.

The room decor was attractive, compact, and functional, just perfect for one person, but could be too small for two. The location was excellent for easy Metro access, restaurants were just steps away, likewise boulangeries, a laundromat, and chic small shops.

The staff seemed inexperienced though they tried their best. Not much information visible with regard to tourist attractions, restaurants and other amenities. When questions were posed to desk staff they seemed to suffer from a lack of knowledge, though willing to assist as best they could.

All? including breakfast. Very polite and kind people working there. Good location near the metro station Duroc. Calm silent place. Best of all i liked the disagn of our room with camel and different lights. ))))

The staffs are very friendly and they make us feel at home. Nice wall color and very creative room design and I love the newly renovated bathroom. Room 62 and 42 that my friends and I stayed were brighter . Makes our stay longer. We stayed for 5 nights and breakfast was simple and good. Keep this charming place well we will come back !

Immediate street cleanliness - Rooms had no chairs, no tables, no floor space

From the moment we arrived and throughout our stay, we were greeted by friendly, happy and helpful staff. The room had everything we needed (free Wi-Fi, international channels, tea/coffee maker, minibar, hairdryer and even a rain shower!). Mayet's location was excellent, a few minutes' walk from the Duroc Metro and close to fantastic cafes/bakeries (Eric Kayser, Coutume) and restaurants (several along Rue du Cherche-Midi, such as Le Bien Decide). Would definitely return in the future!

We were under the impression we would have a "courtyard view" room, but unfortunately there wasn't a courtyard below. Instead our window faced a wall, however we still got decent light inside the room. Also, we heard the Metro run... perhaps because we were on the second floor?

Location, one block away from a metro station. Even though the room was very small, facilities were modern. We were told the hotel had undergone a 1-year renovation process in the recent past. But on top of all that, the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful although a little pricy considering the drawbacks and the fact that Montparnasse is not a sought after spot at the same level of St Germain, Marais or even Opera, for an average of only 30 euros less per day.

Room size where there was space for just a double bed, a tiny table, a couple of suitcases, the safety box paked up with a small fridge and a set of 4-5 coat hungers. Probably in synch with French standards of what a human being habitat could surprisingly be: 8-9 m2, without counting the bathroom!. The lift was also small (room for 2-3 people) and not in synch with the rest of the renovated area, but worked and wasn't noisy.

the rooms' door shut quite decisely hence you can hear quite loudly whenever another hotel's guest open/closes his/her door.
