The shower was broken, when I informed the reception on my departure they already knew about it.

Closed to Gare Nice Ville(400m), Clean, private, no loud, good price, double room is OK.

Difficult to find the resturant & minimart.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were quite clean, and I liked the way that the bathroom was separate from the hotel room, but still en suite. The balconies were nice. Many people reacted negatively to the elevator in the hotel--it was not a big deal, I've been in European hotels that have a much worse elevator set up. It was nicely located for the Nice Ville train station. In other reviews, it made it sound as it was just across the street. It's a little further than I thought, but within very easy walking distance. It is across the street, but actually down a few blocks to the right when you exit the station, then around a corner and a bit down another street before you arrive.

Many hotels have wifi these days, so I was surprised this one did not. If hotels do not have wifi, they at least have a computer you can use in the lobby for email or confirming trip details. This hotel charges 9 euros an hour to use their computer in the lobby. Out of 7 hotels on my trip, this is the only one that charged for that--and the cost was outrageous. The twin beds are significantly smaller than an actual twin bed. I nearly fell off several times in the middle of the night because it was so small. I've never seen anything like this in any of the many hotels I've stayed in while vacationing in Europe.

Gutes Mittelklassenhotel in Fußreichweite zum Bahnhof Nice Ville, mit sauberen gut ausgestatteten Zimmern (Minibar, Klimatisierung).

il rapporto qualità/prezzo è giusto. il personale alla reception è professionale, garbato e ben disposto. molto pulito sia il bagno che la camera.

Non è possibile la regolazione in camera dell'aria condizzionata. Spazi molto angusti, hotel molto vecchio.

Avevo riservato e mi è stata confermata una camera matrimoniale. All'arrivo non c'erano piu' camere matrimoniali disponibili. Dalla reception mi è stato proposto proponendomi di darmi la chiave se un'altra camera fosse matrimoniale o no.Eventuali lamentele le avrei potuto esprimere il giorno seguente (giorno della partenza).
