The staff was very friendly. The rooms were quite clean, and I liked the way that the bathroom was separate from the hotel room, but still en suite. The balconies were nice. Many people reacted negatively to the elevator in the hotel--it was not a big deal, I've been in European hotels that have a much worse elevator set up. It was nicely located for the Nice Ville train station. In other reviews, it made it sound as it was just across the street. It's a little further than I thought, but within very easy walking distance. It is across the street, but actually down a few blocks to the right when you exit the station, then around a corner and a bit down another street before you arrive. Many hotels have wifi these days, so I was surprised this one did not. If hotels do not have wifi, they at least have a computer you can use in the lobby for email or confirming trip details. This hotel charges 9 euros an hour to use their computer in the lobby. Out of 7 hotels on my trip, this is the only one that charged for that--and the cost was outrageous. The twin beds are significantly smaller than an actual twin bed. I nearly fell off several times in the middle of the night because it was so small. I've never seen anything like this in any of the many hotels I've stayed in while vacationing in Europe. |

It is close to the train station, so has a good location if you decided to look around. Cannes and Monaco stay about 15-30 minutes by train. La Promenda and the sea are not very close about 20 minutes walking. The hotel is a nothing special. If you are looking only for a place to sleep is not bad, otherwise is a crab. |

not so confortable bed. The heating cannot be tuned, the room had only an on/off switch. Hotel near the railway station which a less attractive area than the city center. |

L'emplacement de l'hôtel permet d'explorer Nice sans subir le bruit et tout en étant proche du coeur historique et de la promenade des Anglais, proche également de certains monuments (église russe) et musees (Chagal).C'est un bon compromis... Un peu "ancien" pour les équipements sanitaires... |

Proximité de la gare et du centre ville. Quartier tranquille. Matelas confortable. Aucun problème avec le service d'entretien. Murs défraichis et peinture laissant à désirer. Cabine de la douche exigüe. Produits d'hygiène corporelle très insuffisants. Couverture trop légère et pièce peu chauffée. Ensemble vieillot. Ne reflète pas la qualité d'un 3 étoiles. |

Il bidet nel bagno; I numerosi ripiani per riporre vestiti e oggetti (pratici!); la camera singola era spaziosa (anche se il bagno era piccolo). Ho dovuto pagare subito l'intero prezzo della notte al check-in: ero appena arrivato dal viaggio, dopo la mezzanotte ed ero stanco. In camera il telefono non mi consentiva telefonate (perché...?): lo staff diceva che invece funzionava (ma non era vero!). Ho avuto un addebito di preautorizzazione sulla mia carta di credito prima di entrare in hotel: avevo cambiato la mia prenotazione spostandola al giorno successivo e mi era stato detto che avrei pagato solo per la notte successiva a quella oggetto della prenotazione cancellata, dunque, però poi quest'ultima mi è stata addebitata sulla carta di credito, anche se mi dicono che poi la preautorizzazione non sarà da loro confermata e quindi non la pagherò. |

Avevo riservato e mi è stata confermata una camera matrimoniale. All'arrivo non c'erano piu' camere matrimoniali disponibili. Dalla reception mi è stato proposto proponendomi di darmi la chiave se un'altra camera fosse matrimoniale o no.Eventuali lamentele le avrei potuto esprimere il giorno seguente (giorno della partenza). |

El hotel estaba bastante bien situado y el personal es muy amable. Habitaciones más que correctas y limpias. Aunque no hay garaje se puede aparcar en calles cercanas pagando por horas. No tenían nevera y está a unos 10 minutos del centro pero si no molesta andar, se hace en un santiamén. |
