The hotel is perfectly located, very clean. The hotel staff at the reception is really poor, they are Spanish for the most part, but very unfriendly! The room was perfect -big and very clean.

Top location. Good breakfast buffet. Small, dark room, without an view. Internet in the room did not work. Very small, almost inaccessible closet in the room. Eur 300 per night is way overpriced for the comfort offered. I recommend this hotel only if you get a good deal.

We loved the look of the Hotel and the location. Only slight disappointment was the shower in the bathroom, not upto the standard of the rest of the hotel, but it would not put us off staying again.

The hotel was perfect for our 3 day tour of Paris. The hotel had the three major advantages in staying in Paris. Perfect location, moderately priced and a clean, decent size room. (Comfortable bed and new bathroom too)

Staying in the 1st Arr in Paris is the perfect location and this hotel is extremely well situated. It is a quaint boutique hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff and clean, comfortable accommodations. It may not have all of the amenities of a larger chain, but it makes up for it in charm, character, price, and location.

Location is great. The room was not that clean. Bathroom has old water leakage stains on the ceiling that was not cleaned/painted. Looks very ugly. Internet speed is very slow and keeps crashing. Closet door was faulty. In room safe was not working.

The hotel was perfect, staff are very hospital and friendly, tasty food (breakfast). The hotel has it's wonderful location, especially for "shopaholics")))) Rooms are tidy, beautiful and very convenient. Summarizing, I'm very glad that I've chosen this hotel to stay in during my weekend)

Un des meilleurs 4 étoiles que je connaisse à Paris.Chambre supérieure spacieuse, sobre, très propre.Personnel charmant. Hotel bien situé. Station de métro a quelques mètres.Proche de La Madeleine et de l'opéra .Sutuation idéale pour shopping. En plus quartier calme. Pas de Wifi.Petit déjeuner un peu cher.

Posizione ottima, molto vicino a Place Vendome, al Louvre, a Rue de Rivoli ed a tutta la zona commerciale. Camera spaziosa. Per me la connessione internet in modalità wi-fi è fondamentale. Ho scelto l'albergo anche perchè aveva una connessione internet non a pagamernto, ma libera. Peccato che, una volta saliti in camera, il collegamento a internet era effettivamente libero, ma non in modalità wi-fi, ma solo con filo ethernet! Il mio macbook air quindi non l'ho potuto collegare, iphone nemmeno. Ed il personale non disponeva nemmeno di un adattatore ethernet - usb!! Incredibile! sono rimasti a collegamenti internet di dieci anni fa!! Poi anche la doccia non era idonea: il telefono - doccia non riusciva a stare dritto, e quindi era impossibile farsi una doccia decente, se non tenendolo con una mano...

La ubicación es perfecta.Muy céntrico. El personal es extremadamente amable. La habitacion es muy pequeña. El armario es ridiculo. En el aseo, unapersona obesa "no cabe" Las paredes del aseo estan con muy viejas. Por este precio, hay mejores opciones.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, porém, à noite, todos os barulhos da cidade (caminhão de lixo, principalmente) atrapalham o sono. tive um problema com o pagamento do hotel: assim que cheguei, avisei na recepção que pagaria tudo em CASH no check-out. No entanto, quando fui fechar a conta, vi que eles já tinham debitado tudo pelo cartão. Houve uma falha de comunicação que me prejudicou.

-Su ubicación, en un sitio privilegiado pero a la vez muy tranquilo y silencioso. - El personal del hotel amable y muy disponible. - La reserva era de una cama grande y nos dieron una con 2 camas individuales. - Renovaría los colchones, se notan algunos muelles.
