Fresh, clean, modern, good facilties, friendly host, quiet room

Room was excellent, staff friendly and efficient, car parking easy about 2 miles to St Jean de pied de port.

After having to wait for staff to arrive to open the hotel the night before (note left on door) we were not forewarned that we would have to depart the hotel at 9:30 am (breakfast served from 8-9:30) so that the they could close. A little advance warning and consideration for the guests plans would have been welcome.

The owners are a lovely family and were very welcoming and accomadating even though we spoke no French. The hotel is close to St Jean Pied de port and is in beautiful country is you like to hike. The room was notucuriuos but very comfortable and clean. We stayed an extra night!

We had a meal in the resteraunt and it was fabulous. Good value.

The room was clean and spacious, the restaurant is cheap but the food's quality is not bad and the perfect position for a lot of hiking.

We paid about 100 each night and I had expected that at least the soap in the bathroom will be replaced. The towels were also really too small. The rooms are recently renewed, fine, but I find really unbelievable that the distribution board made noise, so much noise that we had to sleep with ear plugs and, despite this, we still heard it! Did anyone checked this?

Lovely well up-dated room, nice and airy. Would have been noisy being on the road but very little traffic so not a problem. Very nice patron, extremely helpful and sociable.

The 35 mins walk from St Jean Pied de Port!

Lekker gegeten en goed geslapen in volledig vernieuwde kamer. Aanrader en vlakbij St.Jean Pied du Port.

Nous avons aimé ; la situation de l'hotel, le calme et la qualite du service ainsi que l'accueil. le confort de la chambre pour 4. la facilite d'acces et la situation tres proche du parking.

la qualite du petit déjeuner ; un peu trop léger ,pas assez diversifié. le prix du repas du soir sur place excessif pour les plats servis. de bien mailleures adresses a quelques kilometres

O quarto em si é bastante agradável e o ambiente do hotel se não estivesse todo fechado, sem janelas abertas ou sequer um outro ser vivo no hotel além de um gato mal cuidado seria bastante acolhedor.

Não havia ninguém para nos receber quando chegamos apenas um telefone com meu nome escrito nele, não conseguimos uma boa comunicação por telefone pois não falavam inglês ou espanhol, isto a apenas 6km da Espanha. Nada funcionava perfeitamente no hotel, ar-condicionado sem controle, restaurante fechado, chuveiro oscilando e etc. muito ruim!

Accueil très sympathique-chambre pour 4 personnes (2 adultes-2 enfants) spacieuse , très agréable, très propre; sanitaires très bien également. Repas de bonne qualité , copieux, convenant également bien aux enfants. Endroit calme et reposant. Pas de problème pour se garer. Hôtel à recommander.

Très bon accueil, très propre, la restauration sur place. Très belle chambre refaite à neuf avec le caractère de l'ancien. Super hotel!

Lugar tranquilo. Personal amable

Las habitaciones son muy sobrias. No tenían mesillas de noche. En el baño sólo había una pastillita de jabón pequeña (ni gel, ni champú...)

La chambre ainsi que la salle de bains très agréables décoration de bon gout. Accueil sympa.

Le petit déjeuner est un peu juste des fruits ou un yaourt serait les bienvenus.
