Stephanie from the front desk was really helpful. The hotel is in a good location for anyone who wants to get a taste of paris and want to see everything in a short amount of days. Close to the train and the subway. Free wireless. The room was kinda small but the bathroom was as big as the room... so it was good overall. |

The hotel room was extremely clean and the maid service was excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite and went out of their way for us. The hotel is right beside a metro station and very handy for getting out and about in paris. We had a wonderful trip to paris and the hotel definitely made it more enjoyable. |

Nothing was good, the air conditioning didn't work , the shower has no curtain and the breakfast had very little variety. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The location in Paris was very good. This hotel was very close to a metro stop. The room was quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again. |

The receptionist Stephanie was very friendly and helpful ana made our stay extremely enjoyable. The fact that there was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. |

On arrival we were told that due to refurbishing of the hotel they moved us to another hotel which didn't have free internet connection and extremely small rooms and non-functioning shower. The excuse we were given was that since it was only for 1 night it was not bad for us. |

yes, very clean very near to the metro and staffs really nice! Some couple tried to open our roomdoor at 3am, was noisy and bothering but i didn't complained to the staff.... was too late and too sleepy~ |

calme de la chambre ; propreté et confort d'après le plan, l'hôtel était indiqué entre étoile et place des ternes, or il se trouve au bas de l'avenue wagram soit à 15 bonnes minutes de marche du RER A ! Par contre, RER C à 5 min et station Wagram à 3 minutes. La chambre que j'avais était au 8ème étage et l'ascenseur s'arrête au 7ème. Pas d'eau chaude le 1er matin... |

La camera pulita e confortevole aveva il bagno abbastanza grande rispetto agli standard di Parigi. L'abergo dista 500 m dalla stazione del metro e 15min a piedi dall'Arco di Trionfo. La colazione è abbstanza cara... ma di fronte all'ingresso dell'albergo c'è una pasticceria |
