We tried to book directly once we got to the hotel but the price was much higher so we actually booked online and went to the hotel again :-) |

Location and comfort. Weren't allowed to use tea/coffee faicilities in the lobby to make a powdered hot chocolate. Instead had to pay 3 euros for someone in the cafe to make the same powdered hot chocolate for us. An expensive hotel shouldn't need to make money like that! |

The hotel was right next to the cathedral and a short stroll from a waterside dining precinct. A lovely stopover. The wireless internet was unobtainable and all the staff could suggest was that we go to an internet cafe - rather poor seeing that wifi access was a determinate factor when selecting this hotel. |

The hotel is brand new, the room looks good and everything works. Bathroom without any problem, soundproof windows, etc. The location next to the Cathedral cant be beat. I would recommend it. |

Incredibly friendly staff! None of our requests were forgotten (eg baby bed), very beautiful room, clean and cosy. Nice view on the cathedral. Fair prices for minibar items, diner and breakfast. Breakfast on bed highly recommended. Nothing really. But maybe it would have been even better if there would have been a parking garage at the hotel. Lots of parking in the neighborhood though. |

The staff and hotel were very welcoming, although there is no parking in the hotel underground (secure parking) is about a 2 minute walk. The food was fantastic, decent price and something I would experience again. The breakfast was exceptional. Overall, an enjoyable stay. |

Lo nuevo que estaba todo y muy limpio, la ubicación, justo enfrente de la catedral. Nos dieron una habitación con vistas a la fachada principal de la catedral que era una maravilla. El desayuno un poco caro, para la poca cantidad que ponen, si querias huevos y bacon tenías que pedirlo y te traian poquisima cantidad, parecía que estuvieran escatiamando la comida. |

Situation idéale pour visiter la ville et sa cathédrale renommée. Hotel très confortable, moderne et personnel sympa.Chambre bien équipée, conforme à la demande. Bonnes indications touristiques à la réception.Le restaurant au rez de chaussée est très bien : menus et carte, prix moyens. Parking extérieur à -200m mais public et bien rempli ! |

El hotel está muy bien situado dentro de la ciudad. Además, su decoración es minimalista. La limpeza muy buena. Destaco que el desayuno de buffet que en mi caso venía incluido con la habitación es bastante bueno Me pasaron el importe total de la estancia a la tarjta sin consultármelo primero. |

La situación, al lado de la catedral, la zona comercial y el antiguo poblado pesquero del rio Somme. Al ser un hotel nuevo todo está en perfecto estado. Que los domingos por la noche no tengan abierto el restaurante. |

1)A l'arrivée, la chambre n'était pas prête. 2)Quand je suis rentré la nuit, je suis resté longtemps dehors car la porte de l'hotel était fermée et personne ne m'avait dit quelle était la procédure pour rentrer la nuit. 3)Quand j'ai fait le check out, il n'y avait personne à la réception: j'ai dû aller au bar de l'hotel pour leur demander d'appeler leur collègue afin qu'il vienne à la réception. Bref, très léger au niveau accueil clientèle. |
