Close to railway station. Easy to get to main attractions. Nice room with a balcony. Good breakfast. Free WiFi. I made reservation for standard room with one double bed but finally got 2 single beds. The elevator was too narrow.

The location was great. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Parking is easy and a short distance from the hotel but you must get a ticket from the hotel for the discounted fee overnight - otherwise you pay the fee.

Convenient, friendly, comfortable, clean, lovely and helpful staff, reasonnable price The breakfast room is too small and it is difficult to access the food if people are sitting too close to the buffet. Should let the breakfast people overflow into the area by the reception

The staff were helpful and did all they could to assist with small problems. Our room seriously lacked storage space. The wardrobe was small and there were no drawers for storage at all!

The staff were very helpful and polite. The morning breakfast staff were very anxious to please the customer at breakfast. They were great!I Did like the location of the hotel, within close proximity to restaurants and shopping and within a short walk to the beautiful lake! The room was somewhat small but it was very comfortable. The worst thing was the tiny toilet room. They apparently had to carve a notch out of the door to allow it to close without hitting the toilet seat-need to do something to fix that. I suggest opening the toilet room door outwards instead of inwards, and then it wouldn't be so obvious that the room is small. The shower and sink room are nice sized,although located across from the toilet room in our room and the shower and water pressure was nice! The staff help make up for the imperfections in the room.

Personnel très sympathique, chambre très grande et lit super confortable. Peu de bruit et grand choix au déjeuner malgré la grandeur de la salle. Petit soucis pour capter le réseau wifi mais peu important selon moi et si nous avions demande de l aide cela aurait surement fonctionné!

Très bon emplacement proche de la vieille ville d'Annecy. Personnel aimable et souriant. Copieux buffet de petit-déjeuner. Hôtel à la décoration défraichie ( sauf le hall d'accueil), surtout la façade extérieure vraiment abimée qui fait désordre. Chambre assez exiguë et sombre, et à la chaleur étouffante (we orageux), sans possibilité de brancher la climatisation.

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue (somme toute très calme). Nous avons apprécié le double double vitrage. L'accueil était parfait. Les chambres ont été rénovées récemment. Petite info : des places de parking sont gratuites à moins de 1,5 km en direction du casino. Nous avons déposé la voiture et nous sommes rentrés en footing.
