It was in a practical location for access to the old town in Annecy. It was also located in the main new shopping area and away from other bars an restaurants, and hence there was little noise at night when you went to bed, as all the shops are closed. The hotel and room were clean. Furniture and bedding was white and classic. The room was very small and the walls were painted in crepy (rough paint) as in a student halls. The ceiling of the room was also low, the room window faced a wall. This did not go down well, as I had intentionally picked the Mercury and paid a little more to obtain what I thought was a higher standing hotel. I was disappointed. It is not suitable for a romantic weekend away for a couple. |

L'accueil sympathique Je n'ai as du tout apprécié de payer 14 euros de petit déjeuner lorsque le prix indiqué sur la plaque de l'hotel était quasiment de moitié ! Je pense que je n'utiliserai plus aussi souvent le site booking.com pour mes réservations ... |

L'accueil remarquable, la propreté des chambres, la proximité avec le centre ville et la vieille ville. Les chambres sont beaucoup trop petites pour un séjour prolongé (10 à 12 m²). Nous avons dû quitter cet hôtel après deux nuits et nous avons poursuivis notre séjour au Mercure Annecy Sud où nous avons trouvé pour le même prix une chambre au calme, non fumeur, très spacieuse (20 à 25m² env) parking sans problème, accueil extraordinaire, restaurant agréable, personnel à disposition. |

Hotel bien situé, à qq pas du centre ville, un personnel attentif et disponible. Nous avions demandé une chambre au calme et nous nous sommes retrouvés en dessous de la machinerie de l'ascenseur : terriblement bruyant (éviter la chambre 410) : avons demandé à changer de chambre : ouf il restait d'autres chambres |

J'ai apprécié que l'hôtel soit situé en centre ville d'Annecy J'ai réservé l'hôtel sur internet (semaine 13) avec un descriptif précis des 2 chambres réservées. Le règlement a été immédiat (cb). A l'arrivée : 2 petites chambres sous les toits. |
