Die Buchung wurde vorgenommen über Booking.com (viamichelin.com) für drei Übernachtungen. Abreise erfolgte aufgrund dienstlicher Umstände einen Tag früher. Zur Abrechnungen kamen jedoch die im voraus reservierten drei Übernachrungen. Ärgerlich. |

Die Lage zu Genf/City ist nicht schlecht. Der Pool ist angenehm nach einer langen Anreise. Der Preis für die Zimmer ist in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas rutergekommen und macht einen unsauberen Eindruck. Im ganzen Hotel roch es nach irgendwelchen Putzmitteln. Das Personal war am Abend überfordert. |

Hyvä sijainti, lähellä Geneveä. Siisti hotelli ja huone. Ilmastoitu huone oli hyvä. Huonemme oli hyvällä maulla sisustettu. Hotellissa uima-allas ja aurinkotuoleja, mikä oli hyvä kesämatkustajalle. Pyyheiden vaihto useammin kuin kaksi kertaa viikossa? Hotellin Illallistarjoilu tökki koska oli liian vähän henkilökuntaa ja paljon asiakkaita.Suosittelisin hotellille yhteistyötä autovuokraamon kanssa, koska tarvitaan ehdottomasti auto että hotellista pääsee kulkemaan. Huonot liikenneyhteydet sveitsin rajalle. Englannin kielen taito voisi olla parempi henkilökunnalla. |

Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. La disposition des chambres est satisfaisante. Le restaurant de l'hôtel nous a pleinement convaincu. Enfin le parking de l'hôtel est bien sécurisé. |

Accès facile, parking gratuit, restaurant disponible et de qualité standard (suffisant), propreté, personnel serviable, rénovation récente (chambres "standard" rénovation moins développée) Prélèvement de la totalité du prix du séjour avant le séjour, contrairement à ce qui était stipulé dans votre communication. Pas de change au moment du paiement (ne pouvait accepter un billet de 500€ en paiement de trois jours d'hôtel), petit déjeuner (buffet) de bonne qualité et varié, mais coûteux (15€) |
