We stayed for 2 nights and breakfast was included in our rate. There was a lot of choice, it was tasty and got also constantly filled up. We also received a goody bag at the arrival, very nice! The room was renovated. No minibar in the room! Bathroom and toilett very old and simple. Food at dinner medium quality. Above all there was a lot of noise coming from the rooms near by, above ours sb moved furniture and walked around with heels till 1 o' clock in the night and then again starting at 5.30! Not very relaxing

Positive aspects? Pretty hard... The rudest staff ever. Before interacting with the staff, you'd better be proficient in french... They never even try to understand your basic french and pretend to be unable to speak neither english nor italian. We tried to be as effective as possible (italians are used to it when communicating), but... No way! Even "1 cafè, svp" seemed the hardest request to ask: if you were not born under the shadow of La Sorbonne, just forget to match the exact accent!

Refreshed room, complimentary soft drinks in the lobby, staff speaks good English, nize bar (closed at 1200pm) Double bed was really two single beds on rollers. Taxi to the airport came 15 minutes late.

It's perfectly located for anyone that has to work in Sophia. There's plenty of free parking and large communal areas. WiFi is available in all rooms although it's not that quick. Needs to be updated a little.

With ambient temperatures of around 30°c not even a small fridge in room to keep bottled water cool. Difficult to find a parking space in hotel car park.

Situation géographique pratique! Bien trop cher, le repas est correct mais à ce prix (20€), les portions sont minuscules et on a encore faim (une petite entré et un petit plat! Compte tenu aussi du prix de la chambre, la salle de bain est digne d'un hotel bas de gamme, enfin le prix du ptit dej, 16€!!!, heureusement je ne l'ai pas pris ni payé car levé tot pour rdv. AHHH, le groupe ACCOR, les benefs. doivent être colossaux!

L'hotel est propre, les chambres spacieuses et claires. Très bruyants, la nuit on entend les portes on croirait des meubles que l'on déplace. Le petit déjeuner reste ordinaire pour un hotel 4 etoiles

Vanuit hotel zijn bekende franse kustplaatsen makkelijk bereikbaar. Karrig ontbijt, personeel zou ook iets vriendelijker mogen zijn. Totale indruk van het hotel is geen vier sterren waard

Personnel très accueillant. La piscine, la table de pingpong, et le billard pour les enfants. Le cadre. Le calme. Les plats du jour au restaurant, toujours très bons. Le personnel en formation qui n'est pas a la hauteur des prestations attendues pour ce type d'etablissement. Attention a la propreté des chambres, (petit détail mais il faut penser a regarder derrière la porte et a faire plus régulièrement les bouches de ventilation)

Cadre agréable. Très mauvais service , en particulier en restauration. Propreté des couloirs douteuse. Un jour on vous reveille à 10 h pour vous demander à quelle heure la femme de ménage pourra faire la chambre et le lendemain celle ci est faites à 16 H. C'est un hôtel ou les clients sont aux services du personnel et non l'inverse.

Bij thuiskomst bleek dat het bedrag van 1 overnachting voor 2 kamers al bij aankomst van de creditcard was afgeschreven, terwijl ik geen pincode heb ingetoetst. Dit was mij niet verteld door de receptioniste. Het is begrijpelijk dat de 1e nacht al betaald moest worden omdat de boeking niet geannuleerd kon worden, maar dan moet dat in ieder geval worden duidelijk worden meegedeeld. De tweede overnachting voor de 2 kamers is bij vertrek betaald. De overnachting van mijn vrienden heb ik daardoor ook betaald en moest ik achteraf weer van hen terugvorderen.
