The staff were fabulous! So friendly and helpful. The hotel's location near the train station was a bonus for those of us that have heavy bags! Yet it really was only a short 5 minute wander to the old area of arras. Rooms are bright and contain everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The barrooms are a little outdated but they are clean and function.

Staff were very helpful. Good location for exploring the surrounding area. Tea making facilities were rather mean - 1 tea bag per person per day!

Very good soundproofing. It would help to have clear instructions how to get into the car park, and its relation to the hotel.

Great location. Do know that parking is not free and that you have to pay 9 eros for 24 hours. Do make sure you get the hotel staff to validate your ticket before you go downstairs in the garage. If you do not the payment is more. Room was large and clean.

The hotel was extremely comfortable. It had a lovely bar where we wereable to sit and have a couple of drinks quite late at night. Its location is excellent, situated near the railway station - we walked into Arras to admire the Christmas lights and chose from one of the fifty or so restaurants on offer. A charming town, a lovely hotel, and one we will use again. The restaurant in the hotel looked pricey, but we ate elsewhere!

It is a modern hotel very conveniently placed for the centre of Arras. The staff are friendly and helpful The Atrium and bar have very little atmosphere. If it is to be really family friendly a child's bed should be available in some of the rooms.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the car parking easy and convenient, close to the centre and the rail station. Kettle and coffe and mini fridge provide in the room. A comfortable chair in room (very important to me.) No bar staff on duty when I wanted a drink (about 8pm)

Very good location within walking distance to the main square and the parking facility is excellant, right under the hotel. One has to pay nearly €10 per day just for the parking. The evening menu at the hotel is fixed for the time I was there, thereby has to eat out after the first day and there were not much selections. Poor food, being in France.

Central location. Underground parking facility. Hotel undergoing some renovation - evident in corridors of our second floor room. Advised by reception on checkin that restaurant closed at weekends so directed outside to eat. Not ideal after long journey. Returned to find restaurant open! Major work underway on all roads in area so trying to navigate around is challenging. Difficult for pedestrians due to roadworks and barricades.

Friendly staff, good central location, comfortable rooms They have a computer for guests but it is connected to a service that charges 7.5 euros for 30 minutes internet access. Little unidentifiable clicking and switching sounds that continued even after everything had been switched off.
