We got this hotel at a discount rate so good value - if you paid the full rack rate you would expect a lot more for the money. About IBIS standard. |

We found the check in girl very unfriendly as our sirname and christian name were reversed(according to them) so that when I initially arrived at the counter the girl said she had no such booking and that was that. We were on the verge of trying to find other accommodation when we decided to show them our confirmation no etc on our laptop. Very sterile and unfriendly staff on front counter |

The room was clean and the hotel was well located for restaurants/bars in Arras. Booked the room and paid extra for superior room to be told when arriving at hotel that there aren't any superior rooms all rooms are now the same. However, during stay saw room that was bigger/nicer than ours and had far better view than the brick wall that we had to look at. Complained again but to no joy. On our return have looked on booking. |

Net hotel. Vriendelijk onthaal en meer dan behoorlijk ontbijtbuffet. Goede ligging vlak bij station en centrum. Ontbijt was niet inbegrepen. Koste 14 euro p.p. wat niet weinig is. |

Ideale ligging voor een bezoek aan de stad. Stille kamers. Comfortabele bedden. Toilet is gescheiden van badkamer. Deuren vallen hard dicht, kan lawaai veroorzaken. |

Proximité du centre ville, de la gare et des transports en commun. Facilité d'accès. Personnel agréable et efficace. Chambres accueillantes, propres et calmes. Excellent rapport qualité/prix Dommage que les télévisions dans les chambres ne disposent pas de la tnt. |
