a very pleasant stay: friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and facilities, a welcoming bar convenient for both setting up an impromptu business meeting and having a cooling-off after work drink. The location is just so-so, especially if you need to walk to the hotel from the train station or the ferry terminal. As in many hotels in France, accessing the internet costs you an arm.

The junior suite sleeps four adults for only £99 very good value and there is no problem returning to the hotel at all hours. Also one of the few free parking spaces in the area

The staff went out of their way to assist in everything. The hotel rating of four stars is exaggerated. The hotel is tired and needs renovation badly. The first impact is the condition of lifts. Then the rooms with stains and peeling paint in places. Cheap plastic accessories in the bathroom don't befit a 4-star establishment.

Location is nice and the friendly of some of the staff are very important. I would like to congratulated for the special attention and competency of the person the was at the reception in the morning of 29/07. She is excelent!!! Thank you! We didn't like to use a sofa as a 3rd bed!

Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. No direct access to the hotel to/from underground car parking - you have to walk outside.
