Arriving tired after a long drive, we were grateful for the warm welcome and very comfortable, clean room. There was a bonus of free breakfast for over 65s in January which was much appreciated and we had an excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant. All staff were friendly and helpful and mostly English speaking. We only stayed for one night en route for the Alps and would highly recommend the hotel.

It's a Mercure. Free parking It was impossible to have breakfast, everything was finished when I arrived, and the service staff were slow to restock food.

We had not stayed with you before ,and you were a chance happening as the place we normally stay was fully booked. We are so pleased that it was!!We intend to make you our prefered destination for our overnight stops on our way to the south of France.What impressed us most was the welcome we received from your reception staff, and the'if you reequire anything else at all, please call us on 1010''needless to say there was no need to take up that offer!The food was truly wonderful, and your chef deserves high praise . We were not alone in this either. People at the next table had the same experience as ourselves. So, uou have gained more converts!

Modern hotel with swimming pool in excellent position within 5 minutes walk of Beaune town centre. Plenty of free parking and right next door to a supermarket. Minor negative points - check in is meant to be from 12.00, we arrived at 2.00pm and the room wasn't quite ready. The carpets in the hallways by our rooms were very stained and dirty looking.

All the facilities were excellent and the staff very helpful.The cost of the room was fair.Proximity to the centre of Beaune was perfect; a 7 minute walk. The cost of drinks in the bar were high. Breakfast at 15.50euros is extortionate.

Bien que nous avons choisi une chambre standart elle etais confortable Le service bar nul, le service restaurant nul ,la nourriture nul bien que ayant commander les plats les plus chers de la carte . Le viande devais être saignante mais c' étais sec et dure . Après réclamation ont a remplacer la viande qui étais alors bien cuite mais toujours aussi dure ! Il faut dire que pour le soir du 31 Décembre 1 seul garçon de salle avec un apprenti . Dans la cuisine je ne sait pas ! J'ai fait part de nos problèmes le matin a la réception et ils ont décompter une entrée ,mais de toute façons notre soirée étais ratée ! Et cela en bourgogne Donc a evitér Si possible .
