Room size ok nice big sofa bed

We stayed here twice on the first stay there was a wheelchair ramp up to the entrance two weeks later this had been removed for building work but no temporary ramp so could not get into hotel staff had no solution but to say they would give us a refund and then we could go and find another hotel not very helpful

great location for the exhibition centre, this is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel and we are still pleased with it.

Staff should have some English lessons.

The room is nice and the bed comfortable.It was very close to casino.

It's a lit a bit faraway from the citi centre but if you have a car is ok . If you don't have a car don't pick up this hotel.

This was a very comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Bordeaux. The family room was very spacious and well appointed. Having a small pool was great as it was hot and the kids enjoyed having a swim outdoors. The hotel did not look great from the outside (a little dated) but more than made up for it on the inside. Breakfast was great value as the kids ate for free.

It was a long way out of the city so getting a cab in for dinner was expensive. The hotel dinner menu was limited and not ideal for children.

Good price for a family room that accommodated four. Handy if you have a car, which we did. It's a good base for exploring around the area.

Quite a way from town itself. Also downstairs in the reception area, absolutely no atmosphere at all....

Confort at the room and cleaness

Breakfast was not inluded in the rate. At least it was good.

We found taht teh facilities and room were excellent as is the Hippo Restaurant next door.

We stayed for one night on route from Spain to Jersey, check in took less than a minute and the family room was perfect for my girls ages 6 and 8, ideal stop over

Clean and spacious room. It was comfortable to stay with family of 2 adults and 2 small kids using 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The hotel is located close to a highway and was convenient to visit winery in the suburbs.

Access to Bordeaux city by public transport is bad. Tram stop is far - bus is not runing so often in the evening - it is not convenient to come back after sightseeing in the city. I used our car and paid a lot for parking in the city. The reception staff are not trained well generally. A staff was very unpolite. I ask the way to get to the city and she answered "I don't know" in a very unfriendly way...it must not be a rare question from the poeple staying this hotel.

The pool was great to relax in at the end of a long drive from Paris. Good selection of family-friendly restaurants in the vacinity.

Quiet, relaxed, comfortable and friendly. Clean and well appointed. Staff spoke English well.

The fact that the staff did take my booking comments in consideration: to be away from elevators and service stairs case. I was located in the middle in what I believed would be a a nice and comfy room for a rest between two long drives back home from Portugal.

This hotel, as many nearby in this hotel zone suffer the inacceptable presence of a in-door karting circuit active till 2am ! This karting is on the other side of the street next to the Mercure main parking and all rooms facing it. The noise is so high that even with double layer windows I could not get to sleep until pass 2am. With a short remission around midnight ( I guess for trophies and drinks of first race ). This is totally undecent, illegal related to noise levels and night rest in a zone where hotels have been builded. The staff is fully aware of the problem. I did reply to the Mercure survey after stay accordingly suggesting legal actions against this in-door karting owner or/and local administration who delivered permit. If you stay in this hotel DO ask for a room on opposite side or you will not sleep. Unless you are of the mp3 generation with 20% loss in hearing at age 30!

L'emplacement géographique et le calme

La literie et les oreillers,le lit était mal fait,l'ascenseur rendu très indisponible et lent du fait des travaux de réaménagement de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner très cher par rapport au marché des 3 étoiles.

Pratique pour les congrès, services rapides.

Travaux en cours créant des nuisances et pas de restaurant.

Propre et moderne

Chambre attenante à la laverie donc le bruit des machines toute la nuit...

j'aime tous c'est spacieux et tres confortable

la literie du canapé il manque des chambres avec 2 lits jumeaux pour les enfants au lieux du canapé lit; donner le choix c'est mieux

Un hotel parfait à proximite du lac... Ligne de bus juste devant avec bonne conextion du tram... Personnel trés aimable, chambres spacieuses...Petit déjeuner complet...
