lovely comfortable bed i would like the tea/coffee and milk relaced daily with enough for at least 1 person. There was no shampoo/conditioner just shower gel. |

Close to tram stop. Renovation is required. The room feels old, the windows cannot be openned. And the worst is air condition, it does not work properly .When we asked for a technician, he says it 's the way it has to be. In such a hot city, you cannot live with that A/C. We checked out earliar than we planned |

Swimmingpool on the roof, situation of the hotel We arrived at 23.00 at night and the room was not ready, we had to wait for 20 minutes. Very unfriendly ....... behind the desk. We had to ask 3 times for towels. Bathroom very dirty. |

Close to amenities and sites. Very good breakfast facilities. Clean room. No gymnasium to use and expensive internet when free wi fi had been advertised. This was only on floor 1 |

The breakfast and the free internet access through two of their computers. Bed covers were not clean and 2 staffs were not nice which in comparison to nice ones it's negligible. |

Sa situation géographique. L'accueil VIP a été néant. Les personnels de la réception ne connaissent absolument pas le service spa présent dans leur hôtel ce qui est inadmissible. De surcroît l'accueil est complétement impersonnel ce qui est décevant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. |

Erinomanen sijainti Nizzan pääostoskadun vieressä, lyhyt matka juna-asemalle, ratikkapysäkki lähellä. Erittäin viihtyisä huone (varasin standard-huoneen, mutta sain samalla hinnalla privilege-huoneen). Huoneessa kahvin/teenkeitin. Kallis aamiainen, en ottanut. Puolet halvemmalla saa hyvän aamiaisen läheisistä kahviloista. |

Chambres arrière calmes - bon petit déjeuner - chambre bien décorée (pas énorme) - Rooms on the back are quiet - nice breakfast - nice room, not that large Salle de bains non refaite et vieillotte - éviter chambres bout de couloir 7ème sous la clim centrale - Bathroom a bit old - avoid end rooms on 7th floor below airco system |
