+ well situated (right in the middle of nice), + the swimming pool on the roof is really nice, + the rooms are quite big (for Nice) + staff friendly - even though it wasn't really noisy, you still here some noise from the streets... pay attention if you are specifically sensitive to noise. - would be nice if the hotel had an arrangement with a beach club, so that the clients could have a sun bed for free at the beach.

The location is very good, very close to the high street and the train station, which is a bonus if you want to travel to Monaco or Italy, Monaco costs around £7 single and Italy around £26 pp. Hotel is getting refurbed at present 3/4/11 the top bar with the swimming pool was not in use which was disapointing. They where doing work to the hotel rooms as well which left a very pungent solvent smell, very bad! Waited 15mins at the bar to get served, 5 staff members at the info desk with no customers in sight they didn't seemed that helpful.

If you expect this hotel as a luxurious 4 star hotel, you might be disappointed. However it is comfortable business hotel. - Location:This hotel is near the Nice train station and close to main street, Jean Medecin. - Room:It is equipped with a safety box, a small fridge and a coffee/tea making facilities. - The bathtoom: It was with a bathtub. - Good hospitality:On the Christmas day, they brought me a small chocolate box as a gift. It made my mood warm. - Room:It was not spacious. The noise which my neighbour took a shower or flushed the toilet woke me up in early morning. - The drawer in the closet:It was very small and not useful at all.

We found that the hotel was perfectly located and within walking distance from all the sights, including the old town. An added bonus was the close proximity of the Tram stop and the main train station. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and spotless, with a very confortable bed. We were located on the 5th floor overlooking the garden so there was no noise at night. The price of drink was very expensive (€9.00 for a pint!). Also there were no restaurent facilities during the day except Room Service.

I liked that in this hotel my 3 year-old daughter could stay for free on an extra bed. The breakfast was quite good for France. Free wi-fi was also a very pleasant service. 1. I didn't like beds in the hotel. These were really Procrustean beds. First, we were given a room with two broken beds and sagged mattrasses and this is a 4 stars hotel!!! When we lied on them they turned into hammocks. Only in a week we were able to change our room, though the beds were much better, we didn't sleep well enough. 2. The hotel is really far from the sea for families with small children, you have to walk 20 minutes under ferocious sun.

The pool was small but nice. The bar has an excellent view but really poor on cocktails and type of alcohol. The room service food was awful. The staff doesn't know the area so well (eg. Like change money locations, post offices, specific directions). The staff was rude not having customer service orientation, need training on this.

Location is good in some way but bear in mind -about 10 minutes walk from Nice Ville train station. Staff are helpful. The hotel has a terrible safety issues when my son has lacerated his left heel because there is a very sharp nails poking out from the side of the arm chair- I noticed it when I checked the arm chair properly after the incidents- the hotel staff and the manager can confirmed this, this is not a 4 star hotel as advertised. I don't know how they passed as 4 star hotel. The carpet is filthy. No iron in the hotel room- No tissues for our second night.

City centre hotel with a pool. Therefore after a days sightseeing, you can still head up to teh rooftop pool and catch some sun. A good 10 minute walk from the beach, and older part of the town where all the resturants are

I liked the garden side room. The staff. They were not a bit accommodating when dealing with our problems. Only resolved through much debate. The noisy room we were put into. The fact we booked a double room with an extra bed but were given triple room.

The terrace and pool. The proximity to the train station, shops, beach, restaurants... A price of a draft beer compared to a bottle of beer was a little excessive, even taking into account Nice prices.

The location is superb! No body lotion available in the amenities of the room, and much better to have a shower curtain instead of a half-size tub glass, water pours easily out of the tub

The room was unfinished, carpet missing, paint coming off the walls, curtains hanging off the rails. Shower that didn't work, and really poor service. Too expensive for what it was and would not recommend this hotel.I Don't know how it is classed as a four star.

This hotel has an excellent location for visiting the City of Nice and its' attractions. There is excellent shopping, including grocery, in close proximity. The nearby tram stop allows for easy, inexpensive travel to and from the nearby sites. It is a short walk to and from the Gare SNCF for the express bus to the airport inexpensively. The rooftop pool, garden, and bar were closed for renovation during our stay.

“When you first walked into the hotel it had a nice feeling, the staff were very helpful, clearniness was apparent, the rooms were also extremely clean, the breakfasts excellent, and I cannot plaise it enough. I would certainly stay there again, hopefully for longer. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hotel in Nice. ” Alexa, Barry |
