Il bagno fa schifo.

La posizione, la camera superior è bella.

Riguarda il parcheggio, se non si sta attenti invece di pagare 20 euro al giorno ne paghi il doppio.Devi far pesente alla reception e ti danno loro il biglietto d'uscita.

Ottima posizione. Questa struttura non offre un proprio parcheggio; ma a circa 50 metri c'è nè uno pubblico convenzionato con l'albergo (20 euro per un giorno piuttosto che 35 euro). Abbiamo goduto anche del servizio di prima colazione: buona, variegata ed abbondante. Il personale gentile ed ospitale, internet wireless gratuita.

Il punto di debolezza di questo hotel è la stanza, almeno quella standard che avevamo noi, in quanto molto vecchia e poco invitante: le porte e gli infissi rovinati, nessun accessorio degno di un 4 stelle, come ciabattine, accappatoi...ecc. C'erano solo 2 asciugamani per la doccia. Camere da ristrutturare!!!!

Good hotel well situated between coast and station.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for central Nice. You can stroll to the promenade, old town or flower market very easily. The room was bright and comfortable. Staff in the breakfast room and bar very helpful(we opted for fast breakfast; coffee, juice and croissant €8.50) . Use of internet and printer in reception which was free of charge, so we were able to check in for our return flights and print our boarding cards which was great.

The location was great and we got the garden view room that we requested. The staff were all friendly and the breakfst was very good and regularly replenished. The tramline is just around the corner as is the train station which connects to the airport by the 99 express bus for 4 Euros. The train to Monaco was excellent value at 6.50 Euros return and follows the coast for most of the journey.

The only down side was that our room was right next to the lift which meant we were woken at 6am every morning by the doors opening and closing quite noisily (avoid room 209 even though it has a lovely garden view if you don't like being woken early!). We didn't like to complain as the staff were so lovely and the hotel was busy.

Our privilege room was very nice, clean and quiet (no. 611), even if the view was into a yard. Great position right in the city centre on the corner of the main avenue, near a tram stop. Absolutely no problem with English at the reception (surprise in France).

A bit overpriced (EUR 200 per night) but similar to other hotels in Nice. No chance to have a snack/breakfast early in the morning (we left at 6 a.m. for the flight). Slow food replacement during breakfast (items missing for 10 minutes) but added in the end.

We found that the hotel was perfectly located and within walking distance from all the sights, including the old town. An added bonus was the close proximity of the Tram stop and the main train station. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and spotless, with a very confortable bed. We were located on the 5th floor overlooking the garden so there was no noise at night.

The price of drink was very expensive (€9.00 for a pint!). Also there were no restaurent facilities during the day except Room Service.

I liked that in this hotel my 3 year-old daughter could stay for free on an extra bed. The breakfast was quite good for France. Free wi-fi was also a very pleasant service.

1. I didn't like beds in the hotel. These were really Procrustean beds. First, we were given a room with two broken beds and sagged mattrasses and this is a 4 stars hotel!!! When we lied on them they turned into hammocks. Only in a week we were able to change our room, though the beds were much better, we didn't sleep well enough. 2. The hotel is really far from the sea for families with small children, you have to walk 20 minutes under ferocious sun.

Location is good in some way but bear in mind -about 10 minutes walk from Nice Ville train station. Staff are helpful.

The hotel has a terrible safety issues when my son has lacerated his left heel because there is a very sharp nails poking out from the side of the arm chair- I noticed it when I checked the arm chair properly after the incidents- the hotel staff and the manager can confirmed this, this is not a 4 star hotel as advertised. I don't know how they passed as 4 star hotel.The carpet is filthy. No iron in the hotel room- No tissues for our second night.

City centre hotel with a pool. Therefore after a days sightseeing, you can still head up to teh rooftop pool and catch some sun.

A good 10 minute walk from the beach, and older part of the town where all the resturants are

I 've chosen this hotel based on the rates as well confort and location.Amazing!Very good hotel,clean and modern,shops nearby,centrally located and very close to the train station and also the beach.The view at the top was nice as well.And the breakfast,a little bit of everything and good quality.I Would stay there again,very happy with my choice.I Wasn't very sure after reading some reviews,but I believe they were from years ago as the hotel did not disappoint at any aspect.

A price of a draft beer compared to a bottle of beer was a little excessive, even taking into account Nice prices.
