Ma demande de chambre située au calme a été respectée. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Difficile à trouver géographiquement même avec un gps, il faudrait améliorer la signalétique surtout lorsque l'on arrive en nocturne. La panne de la chaudière qui générée une absence totale d'eau chaude. Dur, dur la douche du matin.

Pas de connexion internet alors que normalement c'est compris. J'ai du faire appel à un service payant !!! Cet établissement est largement vieillissant. A ne pas recommander !

Sa situation, la propreté Le service de télévision insuffisant dans les chaînes disponibles! D'autre part Canal+ ne fonctionnait pas, Le personnel ne savait pas règler cette chaîne prévu dans le bouquet de l'hotel! La carte du room service en matière de boisson n'était pas suffisante, pas de proposition pour agrémenter cette demande non satisfaîte ni d'effort de tarif sur de la boisson disponible! Personnel insuffisant formé quant à la bonne marche de la climatisation, une question de mauvais conseils!!! La personne présente le lendemain matin à 6h15 pour payer la note était tout simplement détestable dans son comportement et ses commentaires quand à la recherche de solution concernant ces constats de carrence! Aucun sens du service ni d'opération commerciale

Habitué à cette chaîne d'Hotel et de sa hiérarchie interne, cet établissement correspondait globalement à mes attentes 1°) le jour de mon arrivée, j'ai téléphoné pour annoncer mon arrivée tardive vers 20h30. Il a fallu au moins 10 minutes à la réceptionniste pour admettre que nous avions réservé par votre intermédiaire. A tel point qu'à un moment il a été question de venir quand même dans cet hôtel mais à leur tarif ! Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié cette suggestion 2°) le buffet du petit déjeuner est franchement ridicule tant en quantité de choix qu'en qualité et fraîcheur des produits proposés

Accueil agréable, personnel souriant Très difficile de s'y restaurer le week end car tout est fermé et le restaurant en bas de l'hotel n'est pas très performant (il n'avait pas prévu assez de repas le samedi soir et nous n'avons pu être servis).

Tæt ved stor omfartsvej - relativ tæt ved lufthavn For høj pris i forhold til komfort - forklaringen er sandsynligvis at der var en stor messe i byen de tre dage efter mit besøg. Meget dyr morgenmad - 15€ for meget lille udvalg. Ikke en gang særlig god kaffe.
