It was a very enjoyable stay,but for my husband bumping his head on the low ceiling beside the window,,,please look.. We had a suite...loft room.....but we found that it was very easy to bump your head on the loft wall due to getting up from the writing table ,,,,perhaps it would be a good idea to partition this off slightly on each side of the table,perhaps a book shelf to stop accidents would be a good idea.......also allowing for light.. |

The receptionist was helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean and well presented throughout The rooms would benefit greatly from the addition of a courtesy tray (tea & coffee). It was difficult to access the centre of Chartres from the hotel. |

Il personale è cordiale. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. La posizione è tranquilla. L'albergo è facilmente raggiungibile e si trova a pochi minuti dal centro di Chartres. |

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, goed uitgeruste kamers, ruim voldoende parkeerplaats, goed ontbijt. De standaard kamers zijn klein, daarom kon er ook geen babybedje geplaatst worden. De ligging was voor ons wel ideaal, maar de omgeving was wat minder, nl middenin een bedrijvenpark. |

De kamer was ruim en netjes. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en ruim voldoende. Booking. com had niet aangegeven dat het restaurant op zondag niet geopend was. Gelukkig was het restaurant in de nabije omgeving goed. |
