This hotel has a great location and is very convenient to the Palais du Papes. The air conditioning never worked. they kept saying they would fix it, but it didn't happen. This made the room quite hot! |

Excellent location. The Pope's Palace is really just steps away. The breakfast was not that pricy then in elswhere and was a quite good buffet. I searched a hotel with parking facility. This was advertised like such a hotel. At arrival it became obvious that the hotel itself does not have any parking possibility, one has to search a place in the parking house. Another point: the hotel draw the room-price from my credit card even before arrival. Really, they nut just blocked but took the amount. |

Surtout sa proximité avec le centre ville et la facilité d'accès au parking . De plus la vue de la chambre que nous avions au sixième étage . Peut-être un peu cher compte tenu des prestations . En particulier le petit déjeuner à 13 euros . |

De badkamer was ontzettend groot en zeer proper. We beschikten over een klein balkon wat zeer aangenaam was om voluit van het zicht van de stad te genieten. Zeer rustig gelegen aan een mooie pleintje om 's avonds nog een terasje te doen. Ik hou niet van vast tapijt in de kamer. |

Wij hadden de kleinste kamer van het hotel, wij vroegen een normale kamer, maar ze antwoordden dat iedere kamer dezelfde afmetingen had, maar wij zagen dat de andere kamers groter waren en even prijzig.het was een kamer voor één persoon en niet voor 2 volwassenen. |

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goed ontbijt. Locatie midden in de stad. Onduidelijk of overnachtingen via creditcard al bij het boeken via booking.com was afgeschreven of dat het bij het uitchecken moest gebeuren. Nu achteraf in de gaten houden of de overnachtingen niet 2x worden afgeschreven |

Odeur trés trés désagréable à l'entrée dans la chambre!! Aucune solution n'a été trouvée en dehors d'ouvrir la fenêtre ,ce qui pour des questions de bruit n'est pas toujours possible. |
