Excellent location, clean, recently renovated, friendly staff

Fantastic staff, very helpful.

Driving difficulty (ours) getting to hotel and parking.

Location: in the historic center. Large comfortable rooms.

Location is superb. Breakfast is very good. Room is clean but rather tiny.

Bathroom is very small and voided any shelves or even hooks for towels. Due to repare works in the hotel there was a smell and an elevator was dirty. An entrance to the underground parking is not close to the hotel.

The centre of Avignon (htl location) is very difficult for car traffic, very narrow and tricky streets, very difficult to find the hotel by car. The lobby was totally under reconstruction (27-28 March 2013). Htl pretended they warned all clients, but not us, actually. Workers, paint, dirt etc. all over the lobby and in elevator. It was very dissapointing.

Excellent location in the centre of the old city and 5 minutes walk to to the old papal fort. The staff are all multi-lingual and very helpful providing directions and assistance.

Level 6 has a generator above on the roof so avoid a room on this level due to the noise. The hotel is about to be renovated so improvements are scheduled but our room was comfortable on level 5 with a view of the square.

Location is just great yet the windows close well so noise not an issue (we were in a room at the back). Staff was very nice (which is something rare for me to say.

I am used to more upmarket hotels but you get what you pay for and at EUR100 for one night on a Saturday, i would say it is value for money.

I got several flybites during the night since the window was open. Mosquito net for the window would be nice

The location of the hotel is fantastic and service provided to help us easily access the hotels parking facility was stress free and much appreciated.

The aircon didnt work properly so we had to open the window and bear with both the heat as well as the noise from downstairs. The water from the shower had low pressure and the warm water intermittently stopped flowing.

Staff were pretty useless

The price of the room was expensive or what was essentially a budget hotel. The shower was faulty and broken and water leaked across th room floor.

Everything is fine except that it is difficult to transfer luggage from parking garage to hotel. You have to drag the luggage to pass the stone paved streets.

Perfect location. Convenient public garage ca 50 m from hotel ( price ca 8 eur per full day. Hotel located ca 10 m from the walls of Papes Place. We fully recomend to stay in that hotel. Location in Avignon is crucial.Please try to get hotel with street view

No refrigerator in the room.

the situation is excellent if you want to visit Chateau des Papes!!!

Very convenient for all facilities.

The hotel was very comfortable and the service excellent. If I have to make a criticism,it is that the hotel is a little dated.

Location in the old town square was fantastic you could walk everywhere. 100 mtrs to popes Palace. We had a balcony over looking the square which was beautiful at nite. The staff especially the senior girl on the reception desk was fanatastic she went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Overall very enjoyable stay, delux room was perfect.
