Prompt, friendly and timely service, quietness, unobtrusive cleaning staff, good continental style breakfast. Hotel does not have its own parking, but mitigated by availability of adequate local street and off road parking. |

We spend most of our time outside the hotel. Because of the poor bar facilities (not really cosy, noone behind the bar) we went straight to our rooms. * The bar doesn't invite you to stay and have some drinks. There's no barman at certain times. * the space for breakfast doesn't fit the number of guests. Too crowded. A lot of people were asked to have their breakfasts outside in the open space. That's not comfortable at 8 in september! |

The Mercure Deauville Hôtel Du Yacht Club is well situated, easy accessible and a pleasant palce to stay. The breakfast in the room is a nice service ! I asked for non smoking room but was offered a smoking room. |

The location was great the free on road parking was easy to find.The hotel was quiet even though on a fairly busy road There was some staining to the carpeting which made the hotel look a bit worn. |

Excellent position in relation to external amenities ( restaurants, shops, local attractions) . The room design was modern and all internal facilities attractive and cleanly kept. Staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast service can be under stress at very busy time, but always polite and helpful. |

Nice room. Modern, spacious, well decorated and clean. Lack of air conditioning: It was very warm in the room (despite the ceiling fan) so I had to choose between opening the window and putting up with the noise from the busy street corner or keeping it closed and putting up with being too hot. |

It is a beautiful hotel which is located in an area close to stores/shops and the farmers market place. We especially liked to visit the market. You have a wonderful little town filled with lots of interesting things to do. I hihly recommend it to others as a place to spend a vacation. Nothing that we did not like. We may come back again sometime. |

The location (near the water, in Deauville, France - a playground resort for the rich, in between the Normandy beaches and Rouen - so day trips were convenient in both directions). We stayed in off season so the prices were reasonable. Free parking was available on the street (off season only). |

hôtel très bien situé près du centre, des restaurants, des magasins, de la plage et du port. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour se déplacer. Idéal pour quelques jours à cette période de l'année. |

173 e la nuit sans pdj-( a comparer avec lHotel du Golfe 5 etoiles a 166 e - ) a proscrire L'accueil indigne d'un hotel dans une ville comme Deauville6 pour 173 e la nuit on a droit a une chambre de 10 m2 des sanitaires du niveau d'un é etoiles et je ne parle pas de l'accueil,car il n'y a pas d'accueil - c'est nul nul nul |

Zentrale Lage nahe dem Hafen. Freundliches Personal. Präsentation im Internet und Realität klaffen auseinander. WC und Bad waren getrennt und auf 2 verschiedenen Etagen - sehr unpraktisch. Frühstücksraum viel zu klein, total überfüllt, man musste auf freie Plätze warten, viele Lebensmittel waren am Buffet vergriffen, man musste extra um Käse, Eiser, Croissants fragen und warten. Gebühren für Parkplatz und für Hund im Zimmer sind zu hoch. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht!, es ist viel zu teuer für das was es bietet!! |

Le Mercure est très bien placé , proche du centre ville et des plages, notre chambre avec balcon était calme et très bien décorée, la vue sur le parc est reposante, la salle de bain est spacieuse. Le personnel a été compétent et très aimable lorsque nous avons ollicité leur avis sur un restaurant de fruits de mer.Bref un séjour agréable |
