The hotel reception couldn't do enough for us, very helpful. Breakfast was great and the location you couldn't ask for anything better. Rooms were clean and comfortable, bathroom great size! Had a fabulous stay due to the staff in reception and the warm welcome we got everytime we saw them |

The staff is fantastic. We made several requests and each one was handled instantly and without any problem for us.The room was exactly what we expected or even better. The breakfast could not have been more enjoyable. Room service was very fast and professional. The dinner menu was more complete for room service than for eating in the dinning room. Don't know why ? When we return to Marseille we will stay there for sure. We even shot some photos of the Paris/Marseille football riot from our window as a bonus. |

I had specifically chosen a room with Vieux Port view, and finally I realised this was all the money of the room. Superb view. And of course, the very central and convenient location. The hotel stuff at the reception were not at all consistent in their services. You could find one gentleman very polite, and another one who, once I asked for more coffee supplies, asked me "why"? Why would you think? Because there were very few coffee supplies! Also, the room service should improve their English, this caused quite some miscommunication. Generally speaking, the stuff was not to die for and this is a shame for such a luxurious hotel. |

This was a very good value for money - with services/amenities that would be expected at a higher quality hotel - valet parking, quiet room well-appointed room, excellent shower with bathrobes. The front desk staff was very helpful, spoke wonderful English |

A very nice hotel and got good rates on line. It is a great location right in the hustle and bustle. The rooms were lovely and lots of nice touches. A warm and friendly staff. Would recommend it for a short city break. |

Although we did not have a view of the harbor, the room was so attractive and well designed,we were amazed and very comfortable. The front desk people were very pleasant and took care of our car and returned it upon our departure in a timely manner. Also enjoyed the location.... We laughed....the ONLY thing I would change would be a mirror in the bedroom over the desk! |

Location on old port waterfront is excellent. Plenty of cafes and restaurants all around hotel. Immediate access to good public transport network. Adjacent to Tourist Information office. Wifi access limited/low strength in our room. Staff aware of limitations but did not say anything when we asked about wifi access before we paid for connection but acknowledged problem later after we raised query on fluctuating accessibility. Only English language tv channels were news and business channels (4channels = CNBC, CNN, BBC News and Bloomberg). |

The clear explanation and details information given by the recepitonists. The spacious hotel room and the cleaningness of the room. The carparking arrangement. The location of the hotel. There was an occassion when I left my wallet in my car and the car-parking staff get back the wallet for me and all my belongings in the wallet were safely handled. None. |

Very central situated in the end of the harbor and near to the railway station and the Metro system, as well as the tram lines. Walking distance to many of the central turist attractions on both sides of the harbor. No, I liked evrything, BUT I MUST say that Your staff Must be more smiling and service minded. It does NOT cost one singel cent to SMILE and say Bon Joure to Your guests. |
