I was there for one night on a stopover. I found it to be comfortable and clean with no issues. |

The reception was very friendly. Good location, walking distance to the shopping and pedestrian area in the center of the city. Valet parking. Staff at the breakfast was not very service oriented. Also the quality of the breakfast was guite medium. |

It was very relaxing, and the staff very friendly. the bed room was very nice but the shower curtain needed changing[ it appeared very worn and grubby] considering the rest of the hotels decor. |

The hotel is old : it needs to be refurnished. Although the outside was in renovation, they didn't tell us on our reservation, a discount would have been appreciated. |

I don't know wwhere they got their 4 stars, but it doesn't worth it... The condition of the rooms is quite fair and the hallways stink cigarette (I don't smoke) |

Off-beat, original art; large-sized rooms and bed; comfortable; beautiful and friendly late-night bar for socializing, relaxing, enjoying your vacation. Would be better if the sauna/jacuzzi were open at least a half hour later. After a winter day sight-seeing, it would be nice to have the option of warming up and relaxing in the healthclub area (that's why I booked the hotel in the first place) but I arrived a few minutes too late in the evening, and it was locked. |

Good location, nice restaurant. In the gym, both bike and stepper are broken, only the rowing machine works. |

The room was large, the bed was comfortable. The room was very run down, the bathroom counter was very cracked and there was somebody else's Q-tip on the floor. The windows have nets over them to stop you jumping out, which is probably a good idea. In serious need of reformation. |

Bed and large size of room Internet connection was unbearably slow (pages would time out trying to display) and considering the price (15E/24 hrs) rather a disappointment. When mentioned upon check out, clerk did not offer any rebate and just said that lots of people were using it - I was using it at 1AM! Also open bottles were left in minibar |

In the gym there were only 3 pieces of equipment: a bike that didn't work, a stepper that didn't work and a rowing machine. That's a bit meagre... |

Location, bed comfort and room facility. Also free internet in the lobby. Breakfast was fine although food was not replaced as it was used. The hotel had totally wrong information about our booking. Firstly they only had one night booked when I had confirmation for two. The first room we were shown had a double bed instead of a king bed as requested. The second room was a smoking room although I had distinctly requested non smoking. The third room was ok. All of this made for a waste of time and an unpleasant beginning. |
