The privilege rooms are very nice. My standard non smoking room smellt terrible of 15 years of smoking and was in big need of refurbishment. Expensive breakfast (16-17€). |

Clean room, quiet, tranquill atmosphere. Reception staff could have been more polite. They weren't rude but the service could have been better if they'd said thankyou or asked if I enjoyed my stay. |

Bed was comfortable. Yes, applicable. Very applicable. 1.) Sign at the la Defense Station pointed towards (what I now know to be) the old Mercure hotel. 2.) Staff at Hotel very rude. I had a meeting at 1pm, and wanted to go to the hotel first. I arrived at La Defense at 11am, check-in at midday. I spoke to a very rude gentleman who kept trying to explain about a building with some'big writing' on the side, this turned out to be the Hilton hotel, after about 15 minutes trying to get direction from this man, I followed his directions. Got lost called again and a woman answered and sent me back to the station. Finally got directions to the shuttle. But was too late and had to go to my meeting, sweaty and frustrated. 3.) Showers bad, hot-to-cold and low pressure. |

Good Shuttle service to the Metro, clean room. Good internet connectivity There wasnt a fridge or bar in the room which for this class of hotel is poor. Breakfast was way overpriced and lacked choice. |

The modern area of Paris near the Hotel is nice and cheaper than the center of paris. there is no problem for transportation by Metro. the only thing was that the room didn't have a balcony. |

Room was to a good standard 1. Staff at reception were not focused on serving and getting the client to their rooms. This is the 3rd time I have found this. 2. Hotel was too hot. 3. No atmosphere within the bar area, very plan. 4. Bathroom was small, door hit toliet. 5. hotel parking |

Leaving I struggled to get a second glass of wine at dinner. I asked three times and each time was told 'oui' but it never arrived, which is a shame because the quality of the first glass was very good. Also, I couldn't get the internet connection to work in my room. |

The possibility to use the frequent navette to La Defense. When I left, I had to remark that I never had any breakfasts, as they were otherwise charged on the hotel bill ... |

The restaurant was very good for both evening meals and breakfasts. It was an ideal 'alone businessman' venue. Wifi and pay TV package was a good deal too |
