Close to centrum and shopping area. Close to neighborhood bars and restaurants. Close to park since we have a dog. Close to parking.

Did not like how you needed to get to parking garage area. You have to walk down the street cross three areas of the street to the underground passage. The room was a bit small expecially trying to access the toilet area. Too close to bed Could hear noise while we slept from bars, people yelling in the middle of night made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was mad house tons of people not enough room

Location was perfect for the sights. Clean and good value. i would return and recommend the hotel.

The rooms are compact, however they are newly renovated and spotlessly clean. The location is right next to the Opera and main city plazas, so no need to linger in your room. The main train station (Gare de Lille-Flandres) is a level 5 minute walk. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Centrally located near old town areas. Car parks nearby. Close to train station. Convenient. Get recommendations from concierge about good restaurants. Most eateries near Squares seem to be touristy.

Price of breakfast. Didn't eat as thought it was expensive at £16 pp. But you have plenty of alternative options including Paul's just round the corner.

Quiet and Spacious rooms, Decoration is basic but well integrated in this historical building.

We were not informed in advance that refurbishing was on-going and that is my only negative highlight. So the Lobby and Breakfast area was bloody cold because doors where constantly open for the workers to get in and out. But its all about a temporary issue. Inform yourself about refurbishing going on, Bookings will not inform you about.

Breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly and efficient, location excellent.

Good location

Lift is very small I was with a child and we struggled to fit the push chair and one of us in the lift at any one point. Also the doors of the lift closed on us several times which gets very annoying.

The room, quality of sheets,view from window plus tiny terrace, friendliness of the staff including the cleaners, position for shops and station.

Quality of soap and shampoo poor and inadequate toiletries. No cotton wool pads. Not enough tea, milk and tiny cup size. Cold eggs and bacon.

Excellent location, new repaired rooms and furniture. My favourit hotel in Lille. Underground parking is very near. Wi-fi in rooms.

A bit noisy on the street in the morning. As repair was fresh, it was odor in the room. The breakfast could be a bit better. In room 505 hair dryer was not in bathroom and far from the mirror, which makes some inconvenience for women. New design does not suppose to have light curtains on window, but it is the matter of the taste.

Very good location being close to railway station and centre of the city.

We were disappointed to find the hotel was undergoing renovations and so some of the facilities were not available. This did mean that the stay was not as enjoyable as hoped. For example the breakfast was not fully available and certain items ran out quickly. We would recommend the hotel once the renovations have been completed.

Beautiful hotel with a great location, right around the corner from the Opéra. Rooms are small, but comfortable, bright and very clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Right in the city center, so it's close to some of the main attractions in Lille: Grande Place, Vieux Lille, Citadelle, Palais des Beaux Arts, etc.

Internet connection was down for a couple of days, not a lot of options to replace it. Breakfast not included (15€).
