The building is lovely, incredibly central and an ideal base for seeing Lille. The breakfasts are very comprehensive and cover all tastes. The room was very pleasant, quiet and dark with an extremely comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend it! There are only 2 sachets of coffee in the room!

We have stayed at this hotel previously but never realised just how close it is to the Eurostar station. This time it took us no more than 10 minutes to walk the distance. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the buffet breakfast is varied & plentiful. The hotel could not be more central yet it does not have a problem with passing traffic or revellers. There are plenty of restaurants to chose from for either lunch or evening dining. We certainly plan to return!

The location was great the staff was friendy the room was quiet and clean The room was spacious but not so modern, it needed a bit of refurbishement (I saw another room since I had friends staying in a different room- it was refurbished but very small !)

Fantastic location. Easy access to car parks. Wonderful welcome. Delicious breakfast and extremely friendly staff. To have a balcony view over one of the main streets of the city was amazing. Felt rather vulnerable having a shower and despite having blinds over the windows I could see into the flats opposite.... So had they wanted to they could have seen me!! I would have liked a full length mirror in the room rather than the bathroom. It would also have been nice to have a clock/radio. Ridiculous coffee machine when what we really wanted was a straightforward kettle and some tea bags!

Great location! Could go back and forth to hotel with eases......dropping off purchases, collecting a coat, leaving the camera. Comfortable, good sized room, with helpful, pleasant staff.

Personel is very friendly and helpfull, location is excellent (though lots of hotels are also in the city centre), bathroom spacious and shower/bath with strong running water. Room was smaller than the name 'superior room with 1 double bed' made us think.

The hotel was within walking distance from Eurostar which was a bonus. Also it was very central to everything and as we were only staying two nights it was a perfect location. The staff were very friendly and professional and even assisted very quickly when we had to move room from the 5th floor because there was a leak in the ceiling due to the heavy rain. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Lovely city view from my bedroom balcony. Even better balcony in my bathroom. Lots happening in the street below. Bedroom was spacious, bed really comfortable, everything attractive and clean.

Bij de reservering van de kamer, stond er bij de speciale voorwaarden, dat de reservering niet betaald was, maar bij de afrekening bij vertrek, waren wel de kamers van de creditkaart genomen, en dat was volgens mij niet de afspraak. Ik had voor 6 kamers gereserveerd en alle 6 de kamers zijn van mijn kaart afgehaald;

La situation en plein cntre de lille L'etat de la chambre, relativement propre mais cependant tres ancienne et usée... C'est dommage pour un hotel mercure à ce prix... Je ne recommande pas !
