A very nice hotel situated right in the heart of Lille. The breakfast at €15 looked pricey so we went to a boulangerie just around the corner. Lille is a really lovely city with lots to see and great restaurants and bars. |

Great place to stay in the city center, very close to Vieux Lille. Even though it's part of a big chain, you keep the feel of a smaller French hotel. We explicitly asked for 2 beds, instead of 1 big bed. But that request through Booking.com hadn't reached the hotel staff. |

The hotel was very comfortable, staff excellent, and position ideal for the area of Lille we wanted to visit. We would book again if coming to the same area. |

The location is just perfect in the center of Lille and close to everything. They could even speak english in the hotel which is more than a surprise in France. The hotel is quite old and due to the price it should be a little mire renovated but that it is compensated by the great location. I booked 3 rooms for 3 different people with my credit card and they were in such a hurry that they debited my card before our arrival which was absolutely not late. This is ridiculous, and my friends had to reimburse me and that caused extra administration. They informed me that they proceeded like this since it was a special price, pffffff. Ridiculous. |

A very convenient hotel close to the centre of the city with a charming french ambiance. Breakfasts are a bit of a scramble. There is no hotel car park, but the underground Opera car park is not far away, though this has to be paid for with a credit/debit card. |

Calm hotel though ideally and centrally located. Close to both train stations and city center. Breakfast room very pleasant. Another additional lift would be a must. |

location is the only good feature. very small rooms, like it seems to be the case wherever you go in france. Window facing a very small and dark patio. Bathroom could do with some renovation. Poor in general. And they charge 15euro for using the internet for up to 45minutes. What a joke. We've just been to Tallinn and the internet was free in every room!! |

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk from Eurostar, and right in the centre of town. Although we chose an exceptionaly busy weekend - the annual 'Braderie', the noise was no problem with the double glazed balcony bedroom doors. |

Room had balcony and good bathroom. Reception desk had no money! Could not change a 5-euro note for parking meter, and could not change a 50-euro note when I paid for extras. Also I thought the 14.50 breakfast buffet was poor value. |
