Personnel at reception was professional and kind I thought it was clear in my booking I was a single person looking for a room, not a couple looking for a double room. At check in they expected two people. I understood from the web site they would not withdraw the money before my arrival, but a moment after the booking my visa was charged for the whole amount. Perhaps it was written somewhere but I did not notice this... It is a fair countryside hotel not worth the money they asked for (one night + breakfast 140 euros)

Given a map upon check in Wifi did not work in the room, only worked in the lobby. Lack of information. A tourist information guide on local protocols, transport, recommended activities, restaurants, etc would be helpful as found it difficult in a foreign country and language where locals not always that friendly or helpful.

Un bon confort de la chambre et une table de restaurant très correcte. Le prix très élevé du petit déjeuner ne correspondant pas à ce qui est proposé (bien,complet mais sans plus).Le prix relativement élevé des chambres.

Dans un cadre calme et soigné, l'hôtel a été reposant. Le personnel était disponible, accueillant et sympathique. Devant le magnifique buffet de petit-déjeuner nous avons eu quelque peu de la peine à manger légèrement, mais de temps en temps c'est appréciable.Une fois l'itinéraire mémorisé nous avons pu nous rendre rapidement et facilement au centre de Lyon en nous garant dans le Parking-Relais de Vaise à quelques 8kms.

Le calme, la chambre donnait sur le parc. Le personnel est disponible, accueillant et n'hésite pas à vous orienter en fonction de votre demande. La chambre est grande, lit très confortable, salle de bain belle et propre. Tout est fait pour passer un bon moment tranquille et reposant. Le chauffage !! Nous avons dû nous lever plusieurs fois dans la nuit pour baisser car ce type de chauffage (clim réversible) assèche et nous avions la gorge sèche et des difficultés à respirer. Dommage.
