We had avery nice room and the breakfast was very good the only disappiontment that we were charged 15 euros for city tax but in our booking statement no city tax had to be paid! otherwise we enjoy our stay! Dinni ng out was good and cheap even in old part of Lyon.

The breakfast buffet was good. My room was facing the street. Therefore, it sometimes was a bit noisy during the night. Room cleaning service could improve a little bit.

The location is very convenient with metro station just opposite the hotel. The room was fine and beds convenient. The bathroom was large but basic, the shower head was broken and overall impression didn't justify the 4 star rating at all. Two tiny tubes with shower gel and a shampoo for 2 persons was far too little.

The really large room with terrace, the immediate access of underground , the proximity of the heart of ancient Lyon with metro. The unfriendlyness in the morning when I asked for a simply boiled egg as I have an allergy on fried eggs on butter basics - you have to imagine that the buffet is to be paid extra. Last but not least I got my egg, with quite a lot of arguments.

Fijn hotel. Gunstig gelegen vanaf a7, prima restaurant.Zeer handig de metro tegenover het hotel. Prima metrolijnen, duidelijke overzichten van lijnen en haltes. Waarom zijn de douchestangen in bad altijd zo laag geplaatst, zodat mijn man op z'n knieen moet douchen. Zou handiger zijn als deze ook wat hoger konden.

El trato del personal del hotel,los múltiples detalles (prensa a libre disposición, disponer de una kettel en la habitación...), magnífico desayuno y una inmejorable ubicación ya que está muy bien comunicado y a la vez es muy tranquilo.

Excellent accueil avec du personnel aimable et à disponible. La facilité pour se rendre en centre ville,pendant la Fete des Lumières,entrée du Metro face à l'hotel et 10' de trajet. Trés bien.

La qualité de la literie Extrèmement bruyant situé à un carrefour. Beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre malgré l'arrêt du chauffage,hors saison pour actionner la clim nous a-t'on précisé salle de bains à refaire,robinneteries anciennes et douches d'un autre âge!
