Courtesy of staff when I arrived the morning of my scheduled check-in and was immediately offered a room at no additional cost; buffet breakfast. Decent location near Old Port of Marseille. Public elevators failed during visit. Had to use freight elevators for one day. |

A very clean and comfortable room, well situated near the university. Friendly staff. The buffet breakfast is good, it would be better if the hot dishes are not cold |

Central location. Good view. Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. Room is old and needs upgrade. Not within the "Mercure" quality range. Room was dirty and the towels had an awful smell. The bed was way too soft in the middle and I woke up every morning with back pain. Pillows were too soft as well. The room was too expensive for what it was. No room service after midnight. Bad value for money. (We stayed 4 nights) |

The location is excellent - close to Vieux Port and Bourse shopping centre. The rooms were a good size, very clean and all facilites present so thus a very pleasant stay. I had difficulty getting there from the airport to the trian station (that was fine) but from there although I must admit it was my fault. Easy going back though but it is not in 5 minutes walking distance from station and you have to know where to walk! TV was good and bar service although restaurant was closed for summer month. |

Hmmmm... Not a great deal! I wouldnt stay at this hotel ever again! Poor location in rough part of town. Wifi in room costs extra. Staff unpleasant and room not comfortable at all. Cleaners never even changed the bed sheets once! |

The hotel was clean and comfortable enough and in a good location. The staff was polite. Insulation of the room was poor, the lift's warning beep was loud and clear though further away and around the corner. At breakfast they were short of bread and no fresh vegetables were available. |
