We reserved two rooms at www.booking.com. Upon arrival to the hotel, our reservation number was ignored, hotel made us pay the tarriff of the day, not the price announced at the booking.com website. Total sum for each number was 70 euro more (with breakfast which was included for free in the booking reservation). Another receptionist did not want to reconfirm the numbers of reservations. She called somebody by phone as if she was trying to solve the problem and told (and we were standing near her) that we tell baby stories. And that my friend who looks 25 years behaves like a 15 year old girl. And my friend speaks and understands French and tried to speak French with her. Another lies was about brerakfast, on check-in we were assured about free breakfast, at checked-out - made to pay it. Also told that my credit card was preauthorized and room paid from credit card (written in receipt). We heard lies in our faces that card was refused. We'll see if we get money back after our feedback. They did not make efforts to check the reservations, only gossiping by phone. We didn't hear even a weak goodbye when leaving the hotel. Administration didn't solve the problem and now we try to do it through booking,com in France. The matter is not about 70 euros but about their mocking at visitors (we do understand French) so that we came to stay in this inhospitable place. We wonder that we didn't have to pay Internet and mini-bar though didn't use it. We paid 145 euro for a small room, bathroom and toilet together without bathrobe, hair dryer at the stairs - no facilities to lift bags

On a reserve 2 chambres a www.booking.com. A l'arrivee de l'hotel notre numero de reservation etait ignoree, on nous a mis le tarriff du jour, pas le prix du website de booking.com. Cela a fait 70 euro de plus pour chaque numero (avec le petit dejeuner, lequel etait inclus dans la reservation gratuitement, a l'arrivee nous etions rassure que le dejeuner est inclus, au depart on nous a fait le paye en disant que nous n'etions pas surs si on prend le dejeuner au debut). Pareil mensonge etait dit que mon carte etait refuse et pas debite contre une recette condirmant le paix par credit carte. On verra si ils retournons le debit apres nos commentaires. La deuxieme receptionniste ne voulais pas reconfirmer les numeros des reservations. Elle a telephone a quelqun et parlait (et nous etions debout en face d'elle) que nous racontons des histoires de baby. Et que mon amie qui a l'air de 25 ans manifeste come une fille de 15 ans. Et mon amie parle et comprend francais. Elles n'avaient pas faire des efforts de verifier les reservations, juste bavardaent au telephone. On a pas entendu au revoir en quittant l'hotel. Administration n'a pas resolu le probleme et maintenant nous devons la faire par booking.com en France. Il ne s'agit pas de 70 euros mais leur maniere de se moquer de clients (nous comprenons le francais), on veut pas choisir les hotels ayant tant de mechance envers les touristes etrangers. On a paye 145 euro pour une petite chambre, salle de bains et toilette ensemble sans peignoir, sechoir au cheveux, les escaliers - pas de facilites d'apportez les valises jusqu'a la reception

Wifi did not work in room. When I reported it I was told that I could come down to the lobby and it would be ok. The point was that having Wifi in my room was essential and one of the main criteria for choosing a hotel as I have to keep a business running while on holiday. I dont expect to have to wander around the lobby looking for a Wifi signal when I was told that it was available in all rooms.

I chose this Hotel as wanted to be close to the Stade Velodrome for a Olympique Marseille match. The hotel was a few minutes walk so perfect for us. Room was clean and comfortable and lots of parking was close by at a cost.

My sister and I got a great deal for 55 Euros per night. It was a good long walk to the beach, but we didn't mind. The hotel is very modern and clean, and close to the metro.

Situated only five minutes from the Metro which provided easy access in the heart of Marseille this is an excellent hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, well looked after and clean. Although the hotel did not have a restaurant breakfasts were included and excellent. Room service was superb and priced well. Staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming.

I had to park on the street which was not a problem but would have preferred secure parking.

Hotel is suitable for a few hours sleep before an early meeting. I would not recommend it for any other purposes

Rooms are very basic and water from shower contains too much chlorine

Conforme au descriptif. Propre, calme, à deux pas du palais des congres, petit dejeuner excellent

Le parking nous a ete facture 2 fois. Nous avons envoye un mail pour demander le remboursement or toujours pas de nouvelles une semaine apres. Le parking est deja tres cher 14 euros par jour si par erreur il a ete facture 2 fois il n'est pas tres honnete de ne pas le rembourser !!!

Hôtel sans charme particulier mais bien situé et bien tenu.
