The parking was convenient for us and the hotel location, near the airport, suited our needs. Our hotel room had a very small bathroom, barely enough room to move around in. |

Very close to the airport. Free airport shuttle available. Very good breakfast buffet. Comfy room with all the amenities you expect from a Mercure hotel. Too far out of Nice town if you want to visit Nice. Not much to do in St Laurent du Var. |

The staff we're very nice. My salad was nice too. The lift didn't work very well from the 2nd floor. The matress was hard. |

The hotel provided accommodation suitable for our brief overnight stay made prior to our early morning flight from Nice Airport Not enough cream provided in room for 2 cups of coffee!!! |

I chose the Mercure because it was advertised as an airport hotel with a shuttle service. I arrived at the airport at 4pm on Sunday and on ringing the hotel, was told that the shuttle service did not start until 6.45pm. I was advised by the airport staff that I should walk to the hotel.There were no pedestrian friendly routes that were clearly marked and I soon gave up as I had lots of luggage. I then tried to take a taxi - to find that they charged double on Sundays. Eventually I took a bus. This was quick but still the location of the hotel was not obvious from the bus stop. Why is a shuttle not provided at all times? Considering the location of the hotel this would be appropriate. If it is not changed, the website should make this clear. |

We were promised free airport shuttle service. Arrived mid-afternoon, were told not available, so had to spend 30 euros for a taxi. |

We have been here many times and always quite satisfied. Medium quality hotel is close to the airport and very close to Cap3000 commercial center. Good quality/price ratio. Always present light smell of smoke inside the room (periodicaly during the day even stronger). Too hot blankets for summer period. The bill sometimes is not sharp. In the evenings is not easy to find free parking place or not possible at all. |

Stayed there only a night, I think the price was fair, the free shuttle bus to and from the airport was very considerate and the staff were generally warm and friendly. I reckon there should be a soap holder in the shower, a mini bar in the room and maybe the french programs subtitled in english for non-french speaking travellers. |

Nice place to stay if you have to fly from Nice next morning. One of beaches is nearby, no need to go anywhere, though the beaches in Nice downtown are more lovely. Breakfast was not included in price |

La dimension de la chambre est choquante pour un client habitué à cette enseigne ainsi que pour la catégorie revendiquée. Il est difficile de tourner autour du lit voire de pouvoir en sortir pour un côté tant l'espace est étroit entre lit et mur. La chambre est tellement petite que tout devient obstacle sur le passage de circulation (pire la nuit...). Idem pour la salle de bain ou il est impossible de se tourner sans se cogner au mobilier... Et je ne suis pas une personne à mobilité réduite..! Je l'ai signalé à la réception en partant, demandé si toutes les chambres étaient identiques, l'on m'a répondu que oui, j'ai alors dit qu'ils ne nous reverraient jamais dans cet hotel ce à quoi l'on m'a retourné un grand sourire entendu. |
