This hotel is very near Rue Grimaldi....a busy place for restaurants. Very near to the Old town, shopping district and the promenade. It definitely wasn't low budget but at least the location made it worth the money. Hotel room was basic but it was clean. We had breakfast included which was great. Nice selection of fresh fruit, pastries, bread, yoghurts etc and lots more. Something to suit everyone. The roof terrace is nice to sit out for an hour and read a book. Don't expect luxury but its perfect if you intend to spend your day out of the hotel and just sleep there.

Our large room was on the corner with large wrap around balcony. Sun bed and small table on balcony. ‘Nice’ city view. Close to all main attractions ... walking distance to old town and beach. On a side street, quiet location. Great breakfast, excellent staff.

The location was central and in a nice area, with a supermarket next door. The hotel lobby was very attractive and staff always greeted us. The roof top garden / sun deck is very nice. Our room was very small, and very hot. It was very difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. The occupant of the adjoining room was very loud, on the telephone in the middle of the night for 3 nights, which was very annoying. I do not know if the other rooms in the hotel would hear noise from adjoining rooms, but it was a problem in our room.

Pedestrion streets are near. The excellent restaurang Davia, where the local peaple are visiting, is close by. Hotelroom: -The furniture in the hotelroom is impractikal: the table istoo small and has no tabledrawers and neither the bedsidetable. - Fix some racks on the inside of the wardrobe door ! Bathroom: - The plastic curtain of the bath is miserable, because it is too short. - The "towel tree" is impractical and worthless . Fix some able drying rack ! - The shell above the washbowl should be recommanded ! Arto Frey

Excellent location, close to the beach. major shopping and restaurant area and railway station. Good rooms without any add value - just good :) WiFi access from Orange is free but very awkward to use - every time you connect (from PC, mobile or tablet) you need to enter name, email address, check some boxes instead of doing it once or at least once a day. No room service and no way to eat smth outside of breakfast time.

If you don´t need a sight of the ocean, we can say this hotel is perfectly localized! Very near from the downtown, where you have many restaurants and stores. Only two blocks and something to the Promenade des Anglais. We were very well surprised by the staff! One of the recepcionist was a brazilian girl what made our lives really easier! :-) In the room we found a welcome and thank letter from the management and a city bag with water and some snacks!! We didn´t have this in any of the others 9 hotels we visited! The parking is very close to the hotel and they have special prices for guests. The breakfast was really good. There was nothing really relevant that we didn´t like!

Known level of standard and room met that level adequately. Good location near to shopping streets but far enough away from noisy areas. Not on busy street so no cars or mopeds making lots of noise. Reception was friendly and efficient. Aircon was not sufficient and did not really cool the room even when left on during day, was especially poor in evenings for some reason. The sink smelt of effluent when water was running and after. TV only had BBC news in english which given the amount of brits/americans staying was poor.

Good quiet and central location for all aspects of Nice. Access to internet in the foyer is good service to have. Make sure to have package that includes breakfast as cost bought seperately is very high. Offer made to have a departure time of 14.00 is of little use if the hotel says it can not do it and you will have to leave at 12.00.

The location was excellent. Only a few steps to almost anywhere in the center of Nice. Good staff with smily faces. Breakfast is also excellent. Organic food is served. Bad smell which was coming from the sink while you are washing your hands in the bathroom.

The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly in helping me find the parking station or in welcoming me (hotels in Paris should take note!!!!). The room was modern, clean, quiet and cool-great value for money.

Right in the centre of the city. Very close to the shopping centre and to the best local Restaurants. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpfull.Rooms need redecorating especially bathrooms. Very difficult to find parking in the who;e area and parking is a little bit expensive. Rooms, especially bathrooms.

Reasonably comfortable with privileged location, close enough to the action, but not in the middle of the action. Good pricing in relative terms. Although there's a deal with a parking in the proximity, still that parking is expensive. On the other hand the whole surrounding is expensive and crowded with cars.

A special treat was the sun terrace on the roof - complete with sun beds, umbrellas, toilets, tables. Ideal to sunbathe in the morning (it was very hot in Nice last week) and to enjoy a drink before going out for dinner.Breakfast was very good, a full range of food including hot dishes. No complaints, it was everything a three star hotel should be and more

Decent room, great staff (particularly Alexandre during the evening shift) and a fantastic location. A mere few minutes walking distance to the main pedestrian area, less than 15 minutes walk to the train station, less than just over a 5 minute walk to the stop for the #98 express bus to the airport and about 15 minutes walk to the Cours Salyea (Flower Market). Breakfast buffet included with the rate is a great deal and has quite a variety - including organic items. Rooms were small and bathroom tiny - needed better shower configuration as the floor always got wet during a shower. Hotel could use an update.
