The walls here really are paper-thin - hopefully you won't have a couple of amorous honeymooners next door...
It's nice that paying for a premium room gets you a Nespresso machine in the room, but they only supply paper cups, in only two sizes - one so small it overflows if you press the button for a long coffee, the other cup size so large it doesn't fit under the machine's spout.
Breakfast here finishes earlier than any other hotel I stayed in while in France, but they are still servicing rooms at 4:30 in the afternoon - and this was not for late departures - it was my room on my second day there. I was to come back later. When I returned the cleaner had left without putting bathroom fittings back in place - sloppy.
There were several other small things that were not up to the standard of other hotels - you get the picture!
The location is OK - in Nice there's a quick transition from the nice part of town to the not so nice part - this hotel is just in the not so nice part, but it's close enough to the beach, restaurants etc, and the location probably keeps the price down.
