room was spacious its an old building and the hallway towards the rooms was a bit creepy...color was very bad and there were just too many rooms in one floor! Almost 100! |

the sea view from our room was vey good. the dining room staff were very helpful one member of the respection staff was not very nice |

Excellent service, friendly staff. Brilliant location next to the beach. Fantastic breakfast. Only that you had to pay for the wireless internet. |

Great room with balcony overlooking park and the sea. Great renovations. Close to everything. Staff could be a bit off hand and directions (to a particular store) were very non specific and inaccurate! |

the location is outstanding and the staff excellent particularly jean jacques on reception who is all you expect from such a job,courteous,helpful and with a great sense of humour. the reception area is quite small and on one of the mornings we requested an early alarm call which did not happen. the corridors need an update but these are comments not complaints. |

The closeness to the promenade, shops and restaurants. The facilities that were available were good and well managed. The breakfast was not included. What was available, a buffet accordingly priced, was far more than we wanted, noisy and overcrowded. There were no relaxed seating areas provided. The room television channels were very limited.. |

Hotel was fantastic, right on the beach and in the middle of everthing, I would highly recomment it, hotel very clean and staff friendly. Did not bother with breakfast, expensive for what you get. |

Perfect hotel in the centre of everything, including seaside, shopping, eating, parking, rent a car, bus station... Spacious rooms, even my garden view room was partly sea view. Helpful and very kind staff. This was my second time in this hotel this year and it impressed me again. I definitely recommend. |

Staff at the reception are wonderful, nice and friendly. Excellent location. Breakfast need to be improved, there was not enough food especially hot food. But staff are quite friendly. |

Easy access to beach, galleries, shops, The bathroom. Shower screen wasn't adequate so water flooded the floor and surfaces surrounding the sink. |

The design of the newly refurbished rooms is great. Comfy, modern rooms. We had a patio room and it wasn't dark at all. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. Perfect location for the beach, the old town and shopping. Airport bus stop right outside. Everything was great except the toilet smelled terrible! |

Very good position in Nice for the old town, shopping, and local travel. Close to the promenade and beach. Could not be better placed. The hallways were a horrible colour which luckily was not continued to our lovely room. |

Great location for shopping and the beach. Housekeeping were the friendliest staff around. We booked a room thinking we had sea views for our honeymoon, but instead had a 'patio' view which wasnt romantic at all. The air conditioning broke down twice and power went out for half a day. Not good experience to say the least. |
