The convenient location of the hotel was superb. Great proximity to beach, restaurants, shopping etc. Great to see facilities for making tea/coffee in the room but they were not replenished during our 3 days stay. There were no hooks or rails in the bathroom where you could hang your bath towel !!! Travellers also need some facilties for drying clothes & underwear |

The closeness to the beach, restaurants and shopping area The bath tub didn't close properly when pushed in, and the lights didn't work. The TV control also didn't work, and the cleaner indicated we have to use the buttons behind the TV! So much for a modern hotel. |

Very clean,and well appointed ammenities, staff very helpful, courteous,and almost all were very fluent in English. The breakfast was very good for the money, Only problem was lock on room door resricted door from closing properly unless door was pulled shut exiting room. Lock on room door. |

The hotel is in a convenient central location, and the rooms we stayed in had just been redecorated (incl the bathroom), and were clean. The buffet style breakfast was alright as well. The long dark corridors smelt quite musty, and the carpet in our room felt a bit damp in front of the bathroom (which we mentioned at reception before we left). |

Hotel was very well located near the beach. The staff were very friendly, in particular the breakfast staff as they accommodated us and allowed us have breakfast on the first morning when we got the times mixed up and arrived to the breakfast room ten minutes after breakfast finished. There was no kettle in our room initiatlly. One was supplied however on the last night of our stay. |

proximity of public parking garage; location on the Promenade Des Anglais, close to Vieux Nice We found the modern, boxy, and very plain decor of the room unattractive, very sterile, not particularly comfortable. Purely functional, like a motel room, and certainly not worth most of the prices advertised on the Internet for this hotel. It's many classes below a hotel such as the West End Promenade (also in Nice). |

I liked the colors of the room and the air conditioning. Also, the bed was comfortable. I did not like that you had to pay for wifi. |

convenient to everything. the hotel was in an excellent position. we especially loved waking up with our sea view.the room was excellent. really clean and modern. there was only one baby chair in the breakfast room |

The location was excellent, virtually on Promenade des Anglais, close to the old town, pedestrianised streets, and adjacent to the Airport bus stop. The breakfast was very good (part of a 'breakfast included' tariff). Our room was a little dark (overlooking the patio at the back, surrounded by high rise blocks), but the only rooms with twin beds were overlooking the patio. On the other hand the room was very quiet! |

The hotel's position is excellent. It is on the sea front, walking distance from the bus and rail stations, with a wide choice of restaurants and shops nearby. The bus from the airport stops outside, so transfers from Nice Airport are very simple. The buffet breakfast offered a good choice. |

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The main plus however is the location. On the seafront and close to shops, restaurants etc. There was a fumes-like smell in the room. |

lovely view from our balcony (sea front) 2 double glazed windows to cut out the incessant traffic noise, coffee making facilities. Bath, shower and good stock of toileteries, bath robes, hair dryer etc. Large comfy bed, flat screen TV, safe and modern decor. Large room.Location excellent. Lack of leisure facilities. Pretty basic.But this is reflected in price, as we have stayed at the Meridien (next door) which had more facilities but at an exorbitent price. |
