Mercure Nice Promenade Des Anglais

Beliggenheten for hotellet var utmerket. Bra lydisolering mot trafikken utenfor. Et pluss også at flybussen stoppet rett utenfor hotellet ved avreise. Vi hadde et oppgradert rom med sjøutsikt - bra standard, men noe uvant med romindelingen: vasken var blant annet plassert bak sengen!

Frokosten til 16 Euro pr. person var etter vår smak for dyr og dårlig. Pålegget burde vært lagt på kjøl; ikke direkte delikat med varm skinke, salami etc. til frokost. Det burde vært aircondition i spisesalen. Vi valgte å spise rett over gaten der de hadde en variert frokostmeny og delikat mat til en billigere pris.

God frokost og sov godt

Vi fikk byttet om til et annet rom for det vi fikk var lite og ukorselig. Det nye rommet var mer luftig og fikk litt utsikt over havet. Det som var negativt var at det ikke var vasket på badet. Det lå hår i dusjen og på gulvet var det møkkete. Dette var ikke bra. Forslag til forbedring: Renhold

room was spacious

its an old building and the hallway towards the rooms was a bit creepy...color was very bad and there were just too many rooms in one floor! Almost 100!

everything was ok

our room was spacious and light.It had tea and coffee making facilities and a large bathroom.it had a floor length window with a view of the park and ocean

Great room with balcony overlooking park and the sea. Great renovations. Close to everything.

Staff could be a bit off hand and directions (to a particular store) were very non specific and inaccurate!

the location is outstanding and the staff excellent particularly jean jacques on reception who is all you expect from such a job,courteous,helpful and with a great sense of humour.

the reception area is quite small and on one of the mornings we requested an early alarm call which did not happen. the corridors need an update but these are comments not complaints.

The closeness to the promenade, shops and restaurants. The facilities that were available were good and well managed.

The breakfast was not included. What was available, a buffet accordingly priced, was far more than we wanted, noisy and overcrowded. There were no relaxed seating areas provided. The room television channels were very limited..

Perfect location...near to the beach and surrounded with restaurants and bars.

The bathroom. Shower screen wasn't adequate so water flooded the floor and surfaces surrounding the sink.

The design of the newly refurbished rooms is great. Comfy, modern rooms. We had a patio room and it wasn't dark at all. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. Perfect location for the beach, the old town and shopping. Airport bus stop right outside.

Everything was great except the toilet smelled terrible!

Very good location, close to Old Nice and to the Promenade des Anglais, quite big room, nice and helpful staff who can take iniciative. Perfect hotel...
