Mercure Orly Aéroport  

We have a flight at 6 am at Orly Airport, this hotel has a regular transfer to the airport from 4:45 till night, that's so great.

It's close to Orly Airport and has a free shuttle to the airport that departs the hotel regularly.

It's in an industrial area with a fence around it. Forget any Paris walks in the area. And the hotel is one of those spartan, minimum-service places that's close to an airport. No charm. Desk staff varies from quite good to quite poor. When I got change for a 20 Euro bill, the desk clerk counted it badly and shortchanged me. When I laid it out and got him to count it more slowly, he continued to act confused but still shortchanged me, but this time by only 1 Euro, so I decided it wasn't worth the work it would take to get all of my money. And since I was getting a bucket of 1s and 2s, and returning home right away, I knew that I couldn't use the Euro he was stealing from me anyway. I recommend this hotel if you need a bed near the airport. That's the only reason to stay in this place.

Overall ok. I selected the hotel because of their location closed to orly airport and furthermore there is shuttel bus every 20min from hotel to orly airport. Wifi available free for use.

Shopping complex is far. You have to defend on shuttel bus. The nearest is benine alphine.

A mail from my part requesting information was never replied to. The bathroom sink was completely blocked and what went out of it was disgusting.

Convenient location to get to airport easily in the morning

The hotel was very good, but not the shuttle to it. The shuttle driver was not friendly, made no attempt to help my wife with loading a heavy bag onto the bus, and appeared irritated when asked a question about whether his was the correct bus to go to the Mercure Orly Ouest.

The Mercure Orly was a perfectly pleasant hotel to stay in if you are connecting with flights out of Orly. Their shuttle to and from the airport is free and easy to catch. The bed was comfortable, the shower was well sized, and the room was well sized. It's pretty much your basic airport hotel. We booked the hotel easily at booking.com for our overnight between flights.

The hotel feels a little old, the hallways definitely need some touchup work. The dinner and breakfast was expensive, but nothing that we would not expect from an airport hotel. There is no need to book this hotel if you are visiting Paris. It is really only for access to the airport.

Good beds - Spacious bathroom

- Staff in reception seemed very arrogant - Room was very cramped. Even though we ordered a babybed (not deliverede, but confirmed) being in our family rooms, there wouldn't be room enough for one Brakfast was poor quality, and the price was very high (15 euro)
