Mainly the general ambience of the place; it felt higher than the star rating suggested. The service was execellent and the staff very helpful. The very effective glazing and heavy curtains made for very effective peace and quiet. |

shuttel bus service and politeness of the drivers. The room tempreture was not comfortable and it was very cold in the middle of the night. The Bath tub was not clean, and I was very tired, at that time..to talk to receiption. Comparing to the service, the price was not reasonable. |

The air conditionning was absolutely inefficient and the room terribly warm ! I've never been so happy to leave a room in the morning (due to the airport proximity, it's impossible to open the windows, but I would have loved to be able to do it). |

Deveria referir que apesar da estação ferroviária de Orly Rungis estar a 800 metros o acesso a pé não é recomendável. Serviço de transporte Aeroporto de Orly/Mercure/Aeroporto de Orly é excelente. |

Chambre calme dans le fond du couloir malgre la proximite de l aeroport. Buffet tres correct avec du vrai jus d orange !!! Prix du parking un peu cher (15 €) |

Personnel très serviable. J'ai demandé un plateau repas qui était très bien. Le système de télévision n'est pas simple. Impossible d'aérer la chambre. Les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas, il faut donc mettre constament la climatisation |

Le personnel très sympathique, surtout le "petit Dorian" à l'acceuil et la jeun fille qui nous a apporté les plateaux dans la chambre. Effectivemnt, vous faites payer pour les animaux, vous devriez prévoir des gamelles et autres accesoires pour leur confort également, ce qui est dommage. |

Positivo il ricevimento che è stato gentile, premuroso e , cosa importante, molto veloce. Corretto nel controllare i nominativi delle persone che occupavano le camere in casi di perdita oggetti etc. Il ristorante è stato una frana per qualità, diversificazione dei piatti - assolutamente carenti- e negli orari: ore 11 chiusura cristorante ed ore 12 chiusura del bar. Siamo all'aeroporto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
