Friendly staff, helpful and courteous, both at the desk and in the restaurant. Although the concept of the hotel is based on 'old' design, the rooms are nicely remodeled and clean (correct). The ambient temperature was too high, even without heating. Unfortunately one cannot open the window to ventilate the room, due to the proximity of the airport. Only possibility is a ventilator which creates a stuffy environment. |

Mainly the general ambience of the place; it felt higher than the star rating suggested. The service was execellent and the staff very helpful. The very effective glazing and heavy curtains made for very effective peace and quiet. |

shuttel bus service and politeness of the drivers. The room tempreture was not comfortable and it was very cold in the middle of the night. The Bath tub was not clean, and I was very tired, at that time..to talk to receiption. Comparing to the service, the price was not reasonable. |

Shuttle gratis a la terminal Ouest Orly cada 20 minutos. Silencioso salvo por las mañanas. Al no tener doble puerta hay ruido por las mañanas de otyras personas saliendo de las habitaciones |

Acceuil, propreté, salle de bains très agréable, très bon service au petit déjeuner, cadre très agréable, bel éclairage. Le prix du parking : 15 euro la nuit, sans en avoir été averti et sans que l'on me demande de le payer lors de mon départ. Il a fallu que ma voiture soit devant la barrière obstinément fermée, et que je retourne à l'acceuil pour m'entendre demander ce supplément imprévu et peu agréable. |
