Mercure Orly Aéroport    

Very close to the airport with a shutlle every 20 minutes. Clean and spacious rooms. Ideal for a stopover.

Very closed to airport and shuttle service. Good restaurant as option.

The location is not far from the airport and they have a free shuttle bus. The roomsize, bed and bathroom.

Breakfast not included (and pretty expensive for what they offer). The exterior of the building looks really bad and needs maintenance, so you do not get a nice feeling when you arrive (inside it's better) You cannot open a window in your room (likely because of the airport norms).

The staff was very, very helpful getting us directions out to the auto- route and toiletries for my wife

The food was terrible; over-priced, bland. My potatoes were dry and lifeless, the meat was tough. It was out of character with the rest of the hotel

I like the location - service - and cleaness of the hotel. Staff are also helpful.

When ever I pass through Orly I stay at The Mercure. Each time I go for dinner at the restraunt I order for the Ribeye steak & chips, though the steak is always tough. I hope the Mercure staff will try to get some better Beef for steaks.

Staff and transport to the airport excellent.

Myself and my wife stayed twice, both time we only had one large towel for showers and one hand towel between us. One each would be better. Also we would liked to have had more milk left. I had to ask for more as there were only two small containers of milk on both stays.

The location of the hotel is really good (1.3 km to Orly Airport).

The lady in the bar can not talk any other language than French and she had an angry manner.

We had a very bad experience with shuttle service from airport; road to hotel was blocked because an accident and they did not do anything to find an option or a solution with idiot reasons: we could not reach the hotel from the opposite way because the driver was not allowed to drive into the highway or they did not drop us at the roadblock (200 meters from the hotel) because they were not allowed to stop outside bus stops; 2,5 hours later they dropped us long the street at a bus stop located 400 meters from the hotel. We waist 2,5 hours at the airport parking seated into the shuttle bus.

Location close to the airport was great. shuttle service was so so helpful. Budget friendly. Kettle in the room helped alot - since we left to early for breakfast. Clean! Practical bathroom. Thank you.

The restaurant menu was very nice...meals were well prepared and mostly quite fresh. The people working at the hotel were cheerful and pleasant. The bed and linens were appropriate...for one night's stay near the airport, sleeping was an acceptable arrangement.

The renovation and/or upgrade to Mercure Orly is not complete though ought to be...the level of gourmet food is not equal to the lack of upgrade to the rest of the hotel. For example, the first thing one sees is a large floor mat/functional rug inside the front door of the hotel. This floor mat/rug could easily be changed for a new one-should have been changed for a fresher one right away (during upgrade)...the hallway carpets and walls are also in need of attention right away...as for recommending Mercure Orly to other travelers, I would tell them that my drinks and dinner were very nice. However, the upgrade days are definitely not over with so hold off staying there until the hotel is in overall fine condition.

We have a flight at 6 am at Orly Airport, this hotel has a regular transfer to the airport from 4:45 till night, that's so great.
