The kids loved the bunk bed - the grownups were happy with the space. Reception was ever so helpful and friendly, as was the bar staff. Transfer to the airport was effortless - if we need to stay close to the airport in the future, we will definitely book here again!
When not coming from the airport to the hotel, public transport is not really an option with kids. We took a taxi from Gare de Lyon, which cost us 35 euro - not bad, but it could be better.
Close to tram
The breakkfast room offered a nice breakfast
room was very small and not very clean
Frequent shuttle bus service between hotel and airport.
Hotel needs refurbishment.
Very good restaurant.
There were no English language television/radio channels available.
very nosy vacuum
Problem getting the navette at the airport. I was sent to the wrong stop
Great staff an really impressive meal that was a surprise for an airport hotel
Was great I could use metro from Gare du Nord on M5 to place d'Italie & M7 to the terminus & Tram7 to Helen Bouchee stop. The shuttle to airport was great as was the fact that there was a restaurant on site for dinner which was OK and self serve breakfast which was good.
There were no metro/tram directions from Paris Center to your hotel on the Booking.com website & google-map directions were very incomplete but I didn't realize that until I reached a dead end & could not hail a taxi. Had to call twice to find my way there. Water from the shower flooded bath area as the shower door water-proofing was not installed properly.
- Quite and close to the airport. the shuttle being for free, for me it was not a plus. - Quick check in and check out. The lady at the reception was nice and polite
- old hotel with old furniture. - carpet smells bad - the mini bar they talk about was actually just an empty fridge, the rule is to buy your own drinks or cookies from the vending machine in the lobby.
It is close to the airport, and close to the tram into Paris. The room was comfy and clean, and family friendly.
I needed cash for the tram to Paris, and the hotel does not offer an ATM at their site.
If you just need a hotel the night before an early flight then this is lovely. There is a free shuttle to the airport which runs frequently. Everything about the hotel was as it should be- comfort, cleanliness, staff.
If you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurant, there is no alternative close by. Breakfast is pricey so have it at the airport.
Close to airport On time shuttle
Poor sound insulation Showe/tub leaked all over the floor Very thin towels
Perfectly clean & tidy The bed mattress us very comfortable Wi-if is strong Reception staff speaks very good English
Location (proximity to Orly airport and free shuttle). Sofa was convertible in bank-beds for kids.
A power-cut (work on the fuse-board) was planned for 9 am. The management preferred to put pressure on customer rather than delaying the power-cut. I was told that it is the policy of the hotel... Cute rabbits are playing on the grass but a dead smashed rabbit was also left their in front of my room's window. Sound proofing is good thanks to a third layer of glass which is screwed on the window. As consequence, the window can't be opened and the space between the window and the third layer of glass is filled with dead wood-loose. Buffet breakfast cost almost €17. Parking cost €15/24 hours. Free WIFI does not include VOIP or Skype/Facetime...
Liked how close it was to the tram line into central paris. Restaurant good. Beds comfy
Restaurant a bit pricey if staying with a family and no option close by to eat elsewhere
Rooms a bit crowded and dated in need of refurbishment. AC's take a bit of time to start working.
Shuttle bus to airport great.
No restaurants nearby.
staff at reception
a mouse on the bar bad beds staff at dinner dinner itself
Breakfast was very nice, though on the expensive side. Airport shuttle was pretty good.
My room was on a lower level, so that I had an eye-level view of the parking lot from my room. And, of course, people in the parking lot could look straight into my room. There was a small hedge, but it had breaks in it, notably in front of my room.
Reception staff very friendly & helpful
Room service omelette not cooked in the middle & cold
The close location with the airport
The room was too far away !
