Clean, useful airport shuttle, economy. Hotel staff is very basic. We are charged nealy 100€ extra for the breakfast we didn't have. Even after they confirmed it was their mistake, no apology at all. It was little profesional and desappointed.

Bartender was helpful when I ordered some food at my arrival for room service. Bathroom was not very clean, a bit dusty.I didnt find the hotel inviting or nice at all. Mirror in reception was broken and it just felt shabby...

Chambres spacieuses et très comfortables Le lobby (l'le hall d'entrée) de l'hotel aurait besoin d'être réamenagé et rafraichi. Dans l'état actuel il n'est pas digne d'un hotel 4 *.

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement proche du marché de Rungis et le petit déjeuner.. Pas de Wifi et pas d'excuses. Télé-commande de la télévison en panne et 40 minutes d'attente pour trouver une solution. Finalement, on m'a changé de chambre sur ma demande . 14€ de parking. Le prix est bien caché et c'est une mauvaise surprise. Personnel à l'accueil trés peu avenant. Obligation de payer la chambre en arrivant mais pas possibilité d'avoir la facture. Bref, un manque de professionnalisme désolant.

Les fenetres ne s'ouvrent pas!!! C'est insupportable pour un claustrophobe. Résultat: en payant 204 euro pour 2 nuits, j'ai passé la moitie de temps dans le hall de l'hôtel et j'ai pu dormir que 2 heures!!! Les detailles comme ça sont très importants et doivent être obligatoirement indiqué sur la page d'info conçernant l'hôtel. Si non l'hôtel est très comfortable et propre.
