The bar prices
Dirty restroom, no eletrocity in the middle of night during the shower, mosquito in the room,...
This hotel was fairly basic but very easy to get to from the Train Station at De Bercy. Although not 5 star, breakfast was included and was excellent; hotel was 10 mins to station to get into Paris; white linen in the rooms showed everything was clean and I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again. Good cheap hotel with many restaurants opposite and amazing value.
Only downside was no tea/coffee making facilities in rooms.
very good breakfast and good value for money. good location close to metro stop.
very small room; very uncomfortable pillow.
good breakfast and friendly staff
narrow space (room)
Price reasonable compared to all other accommodation we researched in Paris. Location good for transport systems, strolling by the river, places to eat out. Rooms were small but clean, comfortable, air conditioned, quiet, also cleaned and serviced every day. Small safe in the room was very useful.Very important for us as group of friends was having the bar and terrace to sit together. Also important, being able to have breakfast together in the hotel and plan our day. Staff very helpful and efficient, all spoke English - important to us, we are not confident French speakers.
Well connected via metro to all parts; breakfast Overall ok for budget hotel - as it is definitely value for money in city center
Overall ambience of hotel corridors is old, looks like an old shelter; though reception is nicely done; hotel area is not safe; room internet gets disconnected frequently; room ac very old and don't work properly; staff advice is to open windows!!...
I like your colours! It's bright and cheerful! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast are good food too. It is quite a cheerful and comfy hotel when you walked in.
It will be really helpful if there could be a kettle in each room or at least there could be more than one kettle in the coffee/tea area.
Value for money. Good position. Friendly staff.
Queue for breakfast. Layout could be improved. Waited too long for a cup of coffee.
The bercy subway station and Lyon train station are not far away, good for transportation. Highly recommend the Japanese restaurant across the street.
room very small
Clean, staff are very kind and of great assistance.
Limited room's space and boring croissant for everyday breakfast.
The hotel is close to the metro and Lyon train station. It was clean, comfortable and had a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Reception, beds, quietness
Breakfast with too many people and only a couple of coffee machines
Excellent value and good facilities
Staff efficient and pleasant, location (near Underground station & Bercy Village), cleanliness, large outdoor terrace
Nothing really, I will definitely recommend it
Nothing at all.
Too far away from all sites near Gare de Lyon, parking is too nerrow for a normal car.Staff speak poor english and is rude and ignorant.Waited in line to check out and while checking out the receptionist picked up the phote twice talking at length.Interupted the process again to talk to the postman and her colleague as well.Rooms are very small, simply furnished. No tea or coffee in the room.Breakfast is poor with no variety.Being a big (chain) hotel there is always a line for breakfast. Finally it was absolutelly not worth the 174euro a night for a double room. Will never recommend this hotel It is absolutelly waste of my money.
Tiny space. No chair. TV and wifi did not work. Only 1 night, thank goodness.
the breakfast is so good and the staffs are always ready to refill the nataural orange juice
bed was comfy
breakfast was good, but area was very busy and not well laid out.
Bar and geh Lobby. The area near Bercy village is quite attractive.
To be honest it is nice when you walk into the hotel but when you get up to your room the only thing you experience is disappointment. Very small uncomfortable beds, stränge bathroom and noisy on the floor all night. Sorry but for 150 Euro per night I'd expect some more value.
The hotel is just nearby metro exit. It is to take metro and RER to CDG air port.
When I checked in, the lady told me that I had paied for my room. But, when I check out, I was request to pay for the room. It confused me.
Great location & breakfast.
One broken elevator, and very long wait times for the others in the morning.
