Customer service was excellent and comfort of the room.
Nothing to report.
Good location of you visit Naneterre / La Defense. Right out of the RER station - easy access to / form city / CDG aiport.
A bit noisy. A bit worn out.
With an RER station 50 metres from the door, central Paris is just minutes away. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, so finding a reasonably breakfast was easy.
The price of breakfast is €18.90 per person! Four beers and a bag of crisps in the bar was over €25
Reception stuff ,price& location
room cleaning & the room too small
I liked the cleanliness and the location as it is very near to train station
Small number of employee for services
I don't recommend this hotel plz stay a way from it.
very good breakfast, convinience for transportation to city center by A line
It is a wonderful hotel. Very close to train station. Not far from down town, just15 minutes . Clean and stuff are very friendly.
Nice and clean place.
A little to far from Paris city centre
Location near to train , friendly staff , clean , surrounding area , quite
It is very boring to eat typically the same breakfast every day with no single change for eight days , variety is required but : Still recommending the hotel if you accepted the above
housekeeper was amazing. the rooms couln't be cleaner. everyone was very helpful.
the hotel is far from the city centre.
We liked the friendliness of the hotel staff and the ability of many of the staff to speak English since our French is limited. We also liked how they were helpful with providing us with Paris maps and directions as to how to access the very nearby public transportation. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Our room was equipped with a kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave and hob for cooking.
A good location not far from the city . The train station very close , just 2 train stations to dawn town. It was very clean .
Breakfast was not good .very poor
they were very helpful
Staff on front desk were excellent
The accommodation is split so you are away from the main hotel and facilities. The mattress from the children was very poor.
Cleanness, breakfast, staff, location
Friendly staff Walking distance from La Défense SNCF station
small room a bit rusty no free plug to charge your mobile ???
It was a very small apartman and or but some basic accessories were missing (glasses, knife, etc.) and there were a unusable one (toilett brush).
The property has a nasty smell, especially in the elevators, and the rooms are in dire need of an update. Overall a very neglected hotel compared with others I frequent.
very close to Metro and la Défense
Old, Broken shower and very expensive
-The apartments have complete facility, good enough for the price. -Locate just above the Nanterree station, very convenient to go with RER.
-The kitchenware (pans, knifes, and forks, etc.) in are only roughly cleaned when offered to us. -Poor sound isolation. For one night we hear people partying crazily until very very late. -Poor wifi, asking for login pass every time.
Check with the hotel reception. Breakfast for kids under 13 is free.
We had taken our car and driven directly to the hotel,we were not told about the parking requiring a tkt to enter, even though we were paying for it,it was quite a task to reverse our Audi from tht narrow lane, find a parking slot outside and walk to the reception and ask for the parking gates to open.
Room was far too warm and pretty low rent. Staff were pretty incompetent in the hotel and restaurant Not what you expect for the amount of money paid
It is clean, great value for money, free Wifi, away from the crowded paris city centre where the hotel is over-priced and not clean, this place is great for solo travels as much as a big family, it is located at the exit of the RER A station, super market is so near to the hotel and the breakfast in the hotel garden was priceless in a sunny day in Paris.
The street market in front of the hotel was a bit disturbing on Friday afternoon.
Huge room for Paris (area) hotel. Wifi of good quality. Very close to RER station.
Stay in the 2nd building with a "you should tell us next time"! Hairs in the bathroom. Poor lights.
