Location - we wanted to be in Montmartre. The room was clean and well laid out. Plentiful hot water - good shower and bath. Reception staff were ultra helpful. We chose to eat in montmartre, so i cannot comment upon the food.

What a disgusting room. The carpet was in such bad shape that we did not take our shoes off except to jump in the bed. The bed was also very soft - too soft to be comfortable

Perfect location-easy access to the metro, 40 minutes by train to the airport, Friendly staff, clean spacious room, beautifully decorated, the view was amazing, 10 minutes walk to the Sacre Coeur which was the highlight of our holiday. It was the perfect hotel for our first getaway together in a beautiful city.

The service is excellent with friendly and really helpful staff. We received a free upgrade for my birthday. Nice room on the top floor with a partial view of the Eiffel Tower. Loved the free minibar. Would have liked a kettle in the room. The bed was quite hard and the decor of the rooms is quite dark, giving a dingy appearance.

The service from the staff, above and beyond! The fan in the room was bringing in a slight smell of curry or food from somewhere else. Not too intrusive but it was there and that is the only issue.

Very clean. Easy access to many attractions of Paris. 2 minutes to Moulin Rouge. 3 minutes to subway. Polite and helpful staff. WiFi access in the rooms. Beautiful room decoration. Overpriced breakfast. Frequent internet disconnects. Voice chat using popular messengers like yahoo, google, and live was somehow blocked.

Amazing location, right by the famous districts of Montmartre and Pigalle - two must-see if you want to discover the Parisian life. Many cafés and brasseries around. It did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel to me, and the breakfast was expensive.

Must mention the very helpful frontdesk lady, Marion, who is strongly customer service orientated and could not do enough to please. Very impressive service on her part The fact that the Ibis hotel was next door at much lower prices. As we went for location, we found it hard to justify the sharp difference in prices

The location was great. For those arrive at cdg airport, you can take the rer to Gare du Nord station and take the metro to Blanche. Walk towards Moulin Rouge direction. The hotel is right at the junction on your right. It's about 5mins walk. The shopping areas are also within walking distance. Maybe about 20 mins walk to Galleries Lafayette. Hotel staff, including the chambermaid were friendly. Breakfast was ok. There are some nice cafe opposite the hotel though. Overall we had a pleasant stay with Mecure Paris, if you are talking about hotels in Europe. Carpet looks old and dusty. But I think the chambermaid vacuumed everyday, so it wasn't an issue for me. Wifi wasn't that smooth, need to log in to get it connected. But its better than no connection at all.

nice location, close to Sacré Coeur Check out was very bad. Took 20 minutes talking to the receptionist to check out a group of 3 rooms, and on top of that after arriving home I was called that one of the rooms was not paid, which was not correct of course.

Good standard of the room The man who checked me in was extremely rude and clearly had an attitude problem. The rest of the staff were excellent but unfortunately the first impression was soiled by the person who was supposed to check me in and that ruined the overall impression.

The room was nice size (which can be unusual in Paris for that price), new bathroom, coffee and tea making in the room, fridge for your own use, bed very comfortable. Breakfast really good, large variety, English and continental, including an organic food section. Staff kind and professional. Metro Place de Clichy just five minutes walk down the street, very handy. Also nice area by itself.

The location was good - very close to Place de Clichy metro and with a secure car park underneath the hotel. It was easy to find off the Peripherique. Lots of good restaurants in the area and within walking distance of the Sacre Coeur. The room was very comfortable - the bed especially. It was great to have coffee making facilities. The selection at breakfast was also good. The hairdryer - this was useless, it would have been quicker to blow on my hair myself. The bathrooom - although the opaque glass door and wall looked very nice during the day it was a bad idea at night if one person needed to use the bathroom while the other was still asleep - if you put on the bathroom light, it lights up the whole room!

Helpful staff. A room that was of a good size with good facilities. Rather a lot of traffic noise late into the early morning.
