Central location at a reasonable price. Good views. Large room with fridge and great shower. Next to Metro lines with easy access to Stations and Airport. Would have liked a kettle to make tea, coffee etc. |

Hotel was fine until I got woken at 7 in the morning with a leaking roof. The water went all over my clothes. Staff sent someone to fix it but that was all Staff did not offer another room until I insisted. I lso had to insist on my clothes being dry cleaned. On check out they then tried to charge me for the laundry. Staff did not even ask how my stay was on check-out. Obviously not impressed |

Comfortable. Well appointed and friendly staff The first floor was quite stuffy and "smelly" with food andn it put us off going to the restaurant for breakfast. Instead we had breakfast in our room. That was fine. At 200 Euros for the night it was expensive but we still enjoyed it. |

I liked the location, the hotel is near Monmartre When we arrived we were told that we did not have a room. So they sent us to another hotel by taxi. Then when we asked to go back for the remaining 2 nughts we were told there wasnt a room. After an arguement they let us return. Very poor management. |

The room was quite good and quiet enough. Bad smell in the corridor. I paid Internet but I never could connect on the WIFI; |

Perfect location, very convenient when arriving by car (coming from the North) or by train (only a few metrostops away from the main station). Double doors block all the sounds in the corridors which is a definite advantage. Pretty large, clean rooms, all the comfort you need. Staff is OK, not particularly helpful, but there when you need them. Recommended It's a hotel chain... if you're looking for charm this is not the place to be. Everything is expensive (minibar, breakfast, Internet) but on the other hand, there's plenty of options just around the corner where you can get a relatively cheap breakfast and cold canned drinks. |
