The staff are very helpful and pleasent -
Lack of drawers/wardrobe space. Wifi did not work
location of hotel
Room at hotel, as it was shabby and smelled of stale urine. towels paper thin-in need of replacement
Big bed Wifi was good Friendly staff- spoke English Clean Good service Lovely views
Couldn't change the language on the tv Not many vegetarian options on the menu
Modern, silent rooms. Good fresh breakfast Near Metro Place de la Clichy Parking nearby many restaurants nearby
Location is good, hotel modern and clean.
Staff at reception were slow and inefficient. Having to use IPads instead of proper computers slowed down the whole process. Food and service on the terrace was poor and the beds were incredibly hard. !!!
Very close to the metro and a lot of restaurants and the famous Moulin Rouge.
Noises in the bedroom from top floors.
The staff was very helpful when we had any questions regarding tourist sites. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The wi-fi worked very well.
I would prefer a shower with an enclosed door.
The room was well decorated and kept very clean, everything worked, coffee machine, mini-bar, TV hairdryer etc. Staff were friendly and helpful, great views, although we could not see Eiffel Tower. No trouble booking in and out, lobby was welcoming.
Although was clean, was a little dark, grey walls, red curtains. Did not feel bright and airy. The bed was hard as well, had a backache in the morning and tired from lack of sleep. The breakfast was a little busy, with queues for tea and coffee. I had to make several trips for toast, drinks and I felt quite greedy making several trips.
The staff at Mercure Paris Montmartre Sacre Coeur were good but we found Olivier, Myriam and the Bell hop (who assisted us when we arrived August 11) outstanding. They were always helpful, kind, patient, smiling, courteous and caring; they ensured that as guests we were well taken care of. They are a credit to the hotel and in our opinion the face of the hotel and superstars! The hotel is centrally located and is ideal for touring Paris via walking or using the bus or trains. Parking is very close to the hotel and so are the bus stops and metro. The hotel is close to a mall, shops and stores, literally door steps away. We are English speakers and found many people willing to help whenever we were in doubt. Touring Paris was absolutely fabulous! We had a fantastic time. When next in Paris we will definitely book Mercure Paris Montmartre Sacre Coeur as we have already told our family and friends about your fine hotel.
Breakfast was good and the food tasty but we only ate there once because of the price.
The location was excellent The room was great (after we got the room we paid for) The breakfast was great (although there were some routing issues on Saturday morning)
I got a room that was not the one I booked (superior instead of privilege) on the first night. We noticed when we woke up some things we expected was not in the room and went to reception to ask on which they let us know this was a privilege room. They also told us it was not possible to get another room. After calling with the Booking.com Customer Service team the hotel was willing to give us the room we booked (privilege). So in the end all was fine although I felt cheated by the hotel in the first place as they thought we were dumb enough to believe this downgraded room option was the room we booked and paid for. Besides that there was a line of people waiting for breakfast on Saturday morning which we luckily passed as we were OK to sit outside. I did not expect a line for a breakfast that is quite expensive (18,90 euro).
Well located with friendly staff. Very decent hotel with excellent facilities. Will definitely lodge there whenever I visit Paris again.
No English TV stations.
but clean and convenient for the Montmatre district. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. Staff were extremely helpful
Location, comfort and facilities were all great.
Room, breakfast, bed,
Some chairs looked interesting but were not very comfortable
The hotel was very clean and the bedroom very comfortable.
This hotel is amazing. Perfect location, very clean, nice, comfortable rooms. We had a huge king size bed and everything else what we needed. Every day the cleaning staff bring a fresh water in the room, which was very nice. And the location.. you just can't ask for something better for these money. Moulin rouge is juat behing the hotel, the same as metro. So many cafe, shops, restaurants.. basically you can find everything there. And the people are very very friendly in hotel. Will definitely come back again.
Hotel has no parking, so we paid 46€ for 2 days parking.
It was easy to get about
Clean, great staff and very modern. Excellent value for money
Beds too hard and need more pillows
Terrace and varied breakfast
The new modular check in counter is not very efficient. Staff take forever to get to you and there are no lines - lots of frustrated people!
Facilities good, bed good and comfort,Breakfast good. Staff friendly excellent.
Location is not good for family ,lots of sex shops around the Hotel and environment not so good.
Kay and I spent three nights here on the first leg of our honeymoon and were impressed with our room's cleanliness and size. You can find fault with virtually any place if you wish to be pedantic, but for the amount we paid we were pleased and satisfied, and would recommend it to anyone.
Well located, easy connections
Taxi's waiting time.....
