The bed was very comfortable & the room was spacious. There was a view to Sacre Coeur & it was easy walking distance to Moulin Rouge & the metro.

There's no hand basin in the toilet which means if someone is in the shower you can't wash your hands. Minor detail given everything else was really good.

I really loved the bed! Was so comfortable and the way the room smells always fresh, like it just have been cleaned.

Very nice hotel at an very good location at Place Clichy where you have two metro's to choose from. Enough local restaurants and bars for a couple of nights and plenty of place to get a breakfast nearby. We were even upgraded for free from the standard room to the most luxurious. So how can I compain... I Can't!

Could not reserve a parking place, but there was plenty of room in the Public parkings around the corner. So no problem at all.

No air conditioning - or at least no control over it. The staff said they would sort it out but nothing happened in 3 days.

The staff are very friendly, politely and helpful. The complimentary bottle of water every day in the little fridge was an extremely thoughtful and welcome touch. The cleanliness is outstanding. Good location for metro connections. The left luggage facility is an excellent and safe system.

At the moment there is an unavoidable but considerable amount of noise (drilling, hammering) from renovation works on buildings on either side of the hotel. We changed rooms, going to one at the back, which was slightly better, but the noise was still very audible. Otherwise, I would have rated the comfort category higher. The milk, coffee and tea supplies to each room are minimal, but probably you could ask for more. I always take my own since I have a caffeine habit. The rooms have been re-designed since I was there only 11 months ago, and unfortunately the new design eliminated bedside tables, having only a niche in the wall beside the bed, which means you have to reach around the corner if you are in bed and want to retrieve anything from your "bedside" area.

Excellent staff, good location for the metro. Spotless with all the amenities you would expect.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room and the rest of the hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy at all times. Everything we needed was to hand.

The coffee/hot drinks machine in the room was a pain in the backside. A kettle would be better.

The hotel was clean & friendly. The breakfast was huge & the location was decent for access to Montmartre.

We had a room on the main road side & the traffic noise was unbearably loud. Thankfully they had amazing double-glazing which all but silenced it. It was a warm weekend & we asked if we could turn our heating down. We were told that it is not movable during March as is set to 'winter' temperatures. It was therefore really quite stuffy in the room and if we opened the window for air the traffic noise was deafening! There was an over-enthusiastic cleaner who knocked on our door & opened it to clean our room at 8 am on a Saturday morning despite our 'do not disturb' being placed on the door.

What a week in Paris! My (college junior) granddaughter and I had a week of seeing the sites, eating great food, and enjoying people. The location, near the Metro, was excellent. The configuration of our room made our 45 year age difference easy and fun with enough space for privacy as well as togetherness.

The Wifi on the 7th floor was a bit of a problem. It was difficult to access and hard to stay connected.

Checking in/out was slow, front of house staff need a person to handle the baggage. Would have been nice to have proper cups for tea, not takeaway ones - seems a waste!

I liked the location as everything I wanted to see was nearby I.e Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Sacre- Coeur plus the standard of the hotel was brilliant

Location is good in Montmartre. Large rooms, breakfast is pretty nice for being in France. Nice staff in Reception.

Cleaning, I was sick the first day I asked them not to clean after the first night. Then I turned the door sign to please clean my room, and also talked with cleaners in the corridor, it took another three days until they bothered. And I could not be bothered either. It should just work.

Modern comfortable hotel. Good value. Good breakfast with wide range of food on offer in a buffet style. Excellent location in a slightly less tourist area of the city but walkable or a £12 taxi ride away. Tea and coffee making facility in room, safe and fridge. Complimentary bag with water and snacks on arrival. Bar prices similar to local restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Safe didn't work and we had to report it 3 times before it was mended.

Fantastic location. Very close to moulin rouge. Metro very close. Lots of bars, restaurants. Parking on nearby street £20 day

Breakfast was 18 euros, we didn't bother as lots of cafes even KFC nearby. The other side of moulin rouge was rather seedy at night so we stayed around hotel where we enjoyed valentines night.

The room was clean. Daily cleaning was done well. Good shower/bath. Room was ok sizewise, particularly compared to most Paris' hotel rooms. Close to metro line 2 and 13, and close to Montmartre (walking distance)

Bed was extremely soft and in need of replacement; we kept (unintentionally) rolling towards one another. Wifi is free, but on our iPhones we had to login every half hour (supposed to be every 6 hours, but it seems that didn't work for us). However, entering fake names and emailaddresses worked just as good as our real ones, so it seems the login procedure is completely unnecessary anyway. All the more annoying... We could hear our neighbours on both sides every night. They kept different hours from us...
