Great value for money Beds were comfortable Staff were very friendly Wifi was also good
Restaurant only open on the weekends Room service only served drinks 10 min walk to nearest tram/metro station Great 3 star hotel, definitely not 4 star
within a ten minutes walk you are at the Metro and from there you can reach point in Paris within 30min max. The breakfast buffet was better than expected.
the dinner prices are fairly high for the portions offered, this was a little disappointing
Short walk to the metro, brings you anywhere in Paris, friendly staff, couldn't be more helpful and really good English. Rooms clean and exactly as described. Will stay again if over there.
Only French stations available on tv, every channel you could want with movies and music etc, but all in French.
The staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
There were no other facilities, just a bar/restaurant
The bed Good size room Very quiet
The breakfast - too expensive and very limited choice. The wait for the elevator - only one was working.
Bathroom will have door for protect water go out
good size of room/nice bathroom an excellent shower
very loud AC and cold. restaurant very expensive
The staff was very friendly and had no issues talking in English. Also they were very helpful.
Breakfast is too expensive for the choices that are offered.
Location suitable to our needs
Missing door in the bathroom, stained carpet, not very frinedly reception staff - definitely not a 4 star hotel. Absolute maximum 3 stars.
Location is good Staff is nice and welcoming Common parts are good looking and modern
The room quite old, floor (burns and old stains)and not a 4 stars equipments, design or comfort. This hôtel is not bad but this is not what i was used for a mercure of this standing. This hôtel will be normally an average 3 stars hotel
Just off the southern circular route around Paris. Parking secure and easy but a bit expensive. Good breakfast and lovely room. Helpful English speaking staff.
Paper cups in room for coffee and only one large and one small! Really weird!
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable stay
About 15 walk to the nearest metro station. A bit pricey for the location.
Location, very helpful staff
Rooms need to be refreshed
Showers were dirty and not enough entertainment hotel offered. Also parking was too expensive 2 days for 40 euros????
Comfortable bed, and availability of newspapers.Availability of parking although very tight spaces.
Very poorly equipped room. One nightstand, fridge not available, no safety deposit box.Very few toiletries, and filthy carpet.Overall in poor repair.
Really nice place, during our 4 day stay there was virtually nothing to complain about, we've got very comfortable kid bed, room was cleaned everyday, all the things in the room replenished daily. Good comfortable bed
Single shortcoming - lack of the elevator at the parking lot - we had to go up few levels with pram, kid, and bags every time we came back from the car
Dear Sirs, Mercure Paris, Porte d Orleans is a good hotel. The staff was quite polite and quite nice especially miss Laura who is a hard worker and always there to meet to the demands of the clients.
However, we always had a problem with the Porteur as we had to book for someone to carry our luggage 24 hrs before. The hotel needs some renovation from outside, and maybe in need to employ a PR representative to have a boost in relations with other Parisian hotels in the area
