Clean, comfortable rooms. Very friendly -english speaking!- staff. Close to metro and concert-venue.
Not much to do in area around hotel, but metro is very close by.
Location. Near concert venue, good restaurants close by and easy access from Gare du Nord. It's a practical hotel.
A bit soul-less. Bar was empty and we didn't take breakfast there as it felt like it was in the reception area. the hotel has no character.
Good location for zenith concert venue and close to the metro.
The standard of room wasn't great, it could have done with some smartening up. It didn't really match the pictures so my expectations weren't met. The breakfast cost is a ridiculous amount of money.
Near to Metro and trams. No problem with early check-in.
Room a bit small. Breakfast expensive.
Wifi very poor
We could use car parking before 5 am The staff were nice
The staff were friendly, the location good, the parking facility was great. Everything worked in the room including hot water when needed. Very pleased to see tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge.
The room was dark and the corridors extremely drab. It felt like walking down a corridor of doom and gloom. The stairwell was also very intimidating but the reception area was light and airy.
Stuff did not speak too well english, but was very friendly and helpful which I highly appreciated. Hotel is very comfortable. The area suited my purpose, for tourist travelers this may not be the best area, as by taxi to city centre I paid more than 30 €. There is a tube very nearby so public transport with city centre is good. The choice of bars and restaurants is ok in the area. Breakfast was ok as for Paris standards, however this you must pay extra.
Internet was free but you must log in every time. This must be improved.
The location was excellent! Very close to Hoche metro station
Felt the cost of breakfast was overly expensive and this was not clear at booking stage. The wifi was very poor kept dropping off. Again what wasn't made clear that the free wifi was just for checking emails and general browsing. For streaming like YouTube to have to buy a separate package! This we did but please remember to include your email address when purchasing, we didn't so when the link dropped off we couldn't log back in as the code wasn't emailed to us.
room is ok, nothing special breakfast is good
athmosphere is a bit depressing - the area is not very interesting, but good metro
