The hotel rooms are small but adequate. I did not interact with the staff except to check in and out and that went smoothly. The offered breakfast was generous, but same every day making it quite stagnant. The Eifel tower is close, can be seen, but is partly obscured. I had prepaid for breakfast as a part of my hotel rate; this was not to my advantage since on multiply days I was unable to attend the breakfast due to pre-paid, pre-scheduled tours. Plus, the hotel refused to refund for the missed breakfasts. |

We liked absolutely nothing, it was the worst hotel we ever booked. This is a pure tourist class hotel with tourist class services but excessive prices. Reductions on booking.com are fake as the reduced price of the room looks to be the same as showed inside room-door. Promised guest parking looks to be always full and outside parking places are billed at the same excessive price: 25€/day. |

Good value for the cost. On-premise parking was very limited. |

Very convenient and great location Rooms were fairly cramped for space and the construction in and around the hotel caused some distraction. |

Nothing at all we had to to use the goods inward entracne as teh hotel is under repair. The two hotels on either side of the mercure are fare more superior and cheaper. we only stayed 1 night of 3 nite booking and went next door. Rooms & bed were so small and we were in the biggest room. Toilet was so small that if you suffered from clostaphobia it would be tough. |

The rooms were very drab and in urgent need of refurbishment. Building works at the front of the hotel blocked the entrance and it was difficult finding the reception as the signs were poor. No way is this a 4 Star Hotel. We checked out and moved next door to the Pullman. |

the hotel staff were really friendly and extremely helpful with local knowledge. In fact their advise saved us hundreds of dollars!! They were fantatsic and always happy to help! Good price too. the room on the photo on the website was not the one we got (there was no view of the eiffel tower and the hallways needed renovation. |

I travelled from Dublin, Ireland. The hotel was literally 5 mins away from the eiffel tower. There was a metro station and groceyry store walking distance away. Really liked this hotel and I had read bad reports about it but did not see anything at all wrong. Room was cleaned everyday and staff were friendly and helpful |

Close to the Eiffel tower. We booked a family room that was to have a double bed and a twin bed. Our room only had 1 bed that was not too comfortable. Since we were only there for one night due to a layover, I didn't complain. They basically gave us the lower valued room instead of the one we booked. They were very friendly and helped establish a car service to take us back to the airport very early the next morning. |

-Some of the Reception Staff could be a little more helpful . The internet rates (lobby computer) are extremely high and no prepaid cards were available. |
